Short story: Just go to Walmart.com the customer service is better. Shopper beware Long story: When we arrived at the mattress store we were basically ignored and left to look for a mattress on our own. We settled on a King Coil "on sale" for $1300, although available much cheaper through Walmart.com we came to find out later Marta took the order and let us know the mattress would be delivered on Friday. Two days later we found out the mattress would be a week late. After waiting the week we were delivered the entirely wrong bed. We called and talked to the owner about the mattress, he asked us to sleep on the newly delivered bed for a few days until he could get our bed from the factory. My husband and I proceeded to sleep on the hardest bed I have ever laid on in my life for 4 days. On the day our proper bed was to be delivered we were called and told the delivery would be made between 3pm and 5pm. We wait.....5:15pm comes and I call the store, they are closed. After leaving a very frustrated voicemail we get a call back. They are coming! Finally our bed will be here. They come in with the "new mattress" in a very old mattress bag and swap out the beds. The wrong bed we have been sleeping in is placed in the bag (I can't help but wonder, are they selling it as new later?) Thrilled that the "right bed" has been delivered we go in to lay down only to realize this bed is also hard as a rock. It feels nothing like the one in the showroom. Maybe because it's been laid on bunch, I have no idea. I decide go down to ask Marta if there is anything that can be done, can we exchange it? Marta simply shrugged her shoulders and says "sorry on refunds no exchanges" and smiles. Which is not posted anywhere in the paper work or in the store. She's done with us. read more

They had many super comfortable mattresses which made the decision tough. The gal that helped us, Areli, was very friendly and knowledgable about their various mattresses. She was NOT pushy and was genuinely interested helping us find a mattress we would enjoy at a reasonable price. I would go back. Great service, no pressure. I've read the other reviews and can't imagine it being the same place. Its a small intimate store so if there are only one or two sales people available at a time. If two or three customers come in, which happened while we were there, the sales team is outnumbered. The sales team was sure to share their time with everyone. My husband and I bought a mattress from this company four years ago. The mattress has a ten year warranty. A few months ago the mattress started to sink and my husband started experiencing back pain. We called Gus the owner who came out to measure and evaluate the problem 8 days ago. He immediately realized that the mattress was faulty. He gave us a loaner for a week and gave our mattress to the manufacturer for repair. We received the repaired mattress back yesterday .. how ever the matters still has "peaks" and " valleys" as the coils were not replaced..and my husbands back is hurting again. When my husband called the store "Martha" the owners sister told my husband to basically "take it or Leave it", and that they were done. We are now pursuing other avenues available to us to recoup our costs. read more
