Walked in last week and was greeted by Marlon who was very Informative. We were planning to already buy from a different store but were swayed by the quality and comfort we tried so switched over. Pricing is fair and their warranty is very good. We ended up having our mattress delivered this week and again were impressed by the customer service by the owner Jaya who was so flexible with the delivery timing and Angel who helped us with the arrangements. Even the actual delivery went smoothly. overall an amazing experience. read more

Shop local! I know that's a hard decision to make especially with expensive purchases like a mattress. You want to make sure that there's a good warranty and return policy. You want to make sure that you're taken care of during the whole process of buying from start to finish. This is why this place gets five stars. Jaya takes care of her customers and doesn't try to upsell. She knows her mattresses really well and is very specific when she gives you options. Also the buying process was great, I was able to finance without any problems. Angel also is super awesome! I bought a bed frame and didn't know I needed a box spring. I called her up and she gave me box spring immediately, even closed down the shop to accommodate. The level of care to keep a customer a customer is high here. For any mattress or bed needs come here! read more

Writing this review about a week later after purchasing our mattress here. We had the pleasure of receiving assistance with Jaya. Jaya was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us figure out what we needed in a mattress. Jaya helped us select the perfect mattress for us while being respectful of our needs and budget. After about a week of testing the mattress, we can say we made a great purchase! No more back pain and we feel that we have a mattress that will last a long time. Highly recommend Mattress Pavilion to everyone! Thank you so much Jaya! We will be back when we plan on expanding. read more

Mattress Pavilion exceeded every expectation. While visiting San Diego from Kansas City, we discovered the bed in our vacation rental was completely unusable. On a whim, we used ChatGPT for local recommendations -- and it pointed us to Mattress Pavilion. That turned out to be a game-changer. JAYA, the owner, was exceptional -- honest, knowledgeable, and focused on delivering real value. We ended up with a top-quality bed at a fraction of normal retail cost. Carlos and his installation team went the extra mile by helping us address a broken bed frame, something most companies wouldn't even touch. We couldn't be happier. Truly outstanding service. Five stars all around! Jaya and Angel made the "painful" process of mattress shopping quite pleasant. This store is top notch, from most excellent customer service to great choice of products. Jaya' is knowledgeable and patient, and never made us feel pressured. Her priority was finding that perfect mattress for us, and when we finally decided that was the plushest Airloom model, she matched the absolute lowest price we could find online! We had first tried a different mattress, and returned it, and that went smoothly. The delivery guys were great too, very respectful and polite. Based on our experience, we wholeheartedly recommend this store. read more

Everyone at Mattress Pavilion was very helpful and accommodating, especially Angel, who helped me on each and every visit that I paid to the store before finally deciding which mattress I wanted. Pricing was upfront and clear, Angel's knowledge was extensive and she shared the lengthy training she went through in order to become a "sleep expert." She was able to explain the positives and negatives of materials that go into building each mattress, and steered me towards several options that met my needs and price point. I was able to test out my new mattress for 4 months, however, I opted to complete an exchange for a firmer mattress, and Angel and the Mattress Pavilion team even made that process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. I have recommended this store to all of my friends and acquaintances if they are in need of a new mattress. I never at any point felt pressured or as if I was being mislead to overpay. 100% recommend! read more

I bought an amazing memory foam mattress here and got a great deal. I was able to use my Synchrony card and got 6 months financing free. The woman who owns this place is the main salesperson and she is very knowledgeable- has worked in the mattress business for decades. I came across this store on Yelp while mattress hunting. I already checked the typical Mattress Firm type of stores and it's always the same brands, nothing new, nothing too great unless you are looking specifically for one of those brands. Prices are always locked in at those places too. I came across 2 locations I wanted to check out. The first location was great, they had mattresses you can see online but aren't available to try in stores. This place was 2nd on my list. I met Jaya, the owner of the store, she was friendly, personable, patient, helpful and kind. She listened to my needs and took the time to let me try different options out. I came to this location more than once. In the end, I bought my mattress from here. From the beginning until the end, Jaya and her staff have been excellent. I do not buy mattresses very often so this was a big purchase for me. I recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to come check out this place. Jaya and her staff will patiently work with you and you'll find what you need. read more

Jaya is professional, knowledgeable and passionate about mattresses. I'm extremely grateful that I stumbled upon her business via Yelp while searching for a mattress on Miramar Rd in SD. Please take the time to visit her and learn about the different mattresses and the materials. I purchased an all natural bamboo green sleep mattress by Dylan. It's LUXURIOUS, reasonably priced and American made. Carlos and Carson delivered the set promptly, assembled the frame and set it up. They more a masks and were very friendly and professional. Let's you try out the mattress for 4 months and can exchange it for something else, if you are not satisfied. Jaya and her crew did a great job helping me select a complete bed. It is exactly what we needed for a spare bedroom. I was not able to come to the store, so Jaya patiently worked with me over the phone. After checking a few other mattress stores, we were pleasantly surprised with the deal we got at Mattress Pavilion. Sheryl was very helpful in guiding our decision and she was patient with my numerous questions. I would highly suggest checking out their selection as they are trying to get you to buy a mattress versus having to come back later for a deal or add on delivery costs/accessory costs. read more

Jaya Karns, the owner is a hands on individual that delivers top drawer customer service. She encouraged us to try 5 different mattresses based on a thorough telephone conversation which she recapped in the store. Upon each mattress trial, she asked specific questions about the feel, etc. She educated us without being assertive. Our first impression was very positive, and we placed an order for not one mattress, but 2 based on our experience. Thank you Jaya for your knowledge and professionalism, deeply appreciate these aspects. read more
