When we tried to explain that to him and it seemed he wouldn't take that as an answer. He wanted to see pictures of the space and then proceeded to mansplain how we had some much room and knows we want something comfortable. We told him that we wanted to take pictures of the measurements to check it to our space... he then said I'll be right back and he never came back. I cannot begin to explain how this man made us feel. I'm not putting him name in here as I don't want to personally call him out but Ashley come on you can do better. And I love that they have great deals on items, and a larger selection than places like Walmart or Target. I'm usually looking for food items like spices and sauces, and kitchen gadgets and organizers. I also come looking for work needs, like cute glasses and ramekins. Selection of those items definitely varies with the seasons, and they have a great selection of Halloween, Christmas, and even Easter items. I've also come looking for a gift multiple times. There are a lot of great items in the pet section, and they also have the collections of items from places like India and Indonesia occasionally. The line to check out can get long, as this is a smaller store. I've never had an issue with the employees, they all seem nice. HG seem to be in high-traffic shopping centers, and this one definitely is. Parking can be an issue at peak times, because of Aldi, BevMo, Staples, and restaurants like Cali Fish Grill, Primos, and Board & Brew.

Deni and George arrived on time on 7/13 and completed the job on 7/17. They are highly skilled and did an amazing job. We were impressed with their work ethic and respect for our property. They swept and mopped every room at the end of each day and cleared all debris every day. We really appreciated that.
