I was always kept updated. The sauna was delivered around 5PM on a Friday and during setup, one of the installers noticed one part of the front wall panel was incorrect. Before I knew it, the installer was on his way for a replacement. I live in La Mesa and could not believe that the installer drove all the way back to San Carlos, to pickup up the correct part, and drove all the way back to La Mesa (on a Friday evening), just so I could have my sauna installed that day. They stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly. Now that's customer service! The quality of my sauna is exceptional. Very well made, comfortable and should last for years. The heater was included and is of a top brand. I will definitely do business with this company again.

All sorts of smaller reasonably-priced items that solve many tough gift challenges. This store was stocked with newer items the closer it got to Christmas. The thing that was kind of irritating is that when we were discussing the sofa with chaise that i was looking for, I asked if they chaise was flippable, meaning can I flip the chaise cushion. The one I have now is not flippable. And I know, considering that I currently own a cheap chaise/sofa, that the fabric won't hold up, and it's nice to be able to flip the cushions over about halfway through the life of the sofa. He tried to sell me on the idea of one where somehow you can flip the whole chaise to the other side....I need a right side chaise, I explained, and he said Well, maybe in the next house you live in you would want a left side chaise. Yeah like I am going to buy a sofa that is only flippable if I want to swap sides, which won't work in my house...but maybe in some future house it will? Great idea. It was just funny, I work in sales, that's an interesting pitch.
