Overall the selection of clothes was okay Toys and books were plenty & I may have bought the only two pairs of shoes that looked decently clean and new. Prices are great! I spent $5.44 on three items. Clothing and two pairs of sim shoes (score!)

The checkout lines move quickly, so it's an easy, stress-free shopping trip. They always have a great selection of styles, from casual to dressy, so it is easy to find something that fits exactly what I'm looking for. Plus, the deals are hard to beat, and I often end up discovering something I didn't even know I needed. I also love that it's easy to make returns here from Nordstrom.com, with a free in-store return for eligible items (some exceptions), which is especially convenient now that the Nordstrom in Escondido is closed. I frequent this location because it's accessible, well-organized, and I always leave happy with my purchases. It's one of my favorite spots for both browsing and snagging great finds. I'll definitely keep coming back! It's free to join the Nordy Club, no points at Rack, but you get seasonal discounts, a birthday perk, 5% off with a Nordstrom card, plus bonus coupons and early sale access. The early access is a game changer!

I'm even more impressed with how they are extremely responsive to calls and texts. From both the owner and the installers. They were with me the whole way; from purchase, to delivery, to setup. I was always kept updated. The sauna was delivered around 5PM on a Friday and during setup, one of the installers noticed one part of the front wall panel was incorrect. Before I knew it, the installer was on his way for a replacement. I live in La Mesa and could not believe that the installer drove all the way back to San Carlos, to pickup up the correct part, and drove all the way back to La Mesa (on a Friday evening), just so I could have my sauna installed that day. They stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly. Now that's customer service! The quality of my sauna is exceptional. Very well made, comfortable and should last for years. The heater was included and is of a top brand. I will definitely do business with this company again.

I recently came in for 2 more sets of sunbrella cushion covers, which are also a huge bargain compared to anywhere else. The furniture they sell looks exactly like the stuff at Costco. They all so carry bbq's and lots of other cool stuff. Do your wallet a huge favor and come in to see their selections. We bought two separate sets, 11 pieces in total and we still got it for less than what one 5 piece set would have cost us at other stores. Plus each set comes with two sets of cushion covers.

It came to about $1250.... The thing that was kind of irritating is that when we were discussing the sofa with chaise that i was looking for, I asked if they chaise was flippable, meaning can I flip the chaise cushion. The one I have now is not flippable. And I know, considering that I currently own a cheap chaise/sofa, that the fabric won't hold up, and it's nice to be able to flip the cushions over about halfway through the life of the sofa. He tried to sell me on the idea of one where somehow you can flip the whole chaise to the other side....I need a right side chaise, I explained, and he said Well, maybe in the next house you live in you would want a left side chaise. Yeah like I am going to buy a sofa that is only flippable if I want to swap sides, which won't work in my house...but maybe in some future house it will? Great idea. It was just funny, I work in sales, that's an interesting pitch. The fabrics were really cute, none worked for me unfortunately, I did not look at any other furniture, it looked affordable for the most part.

Some items had great prices while some were no better than Mor or Jerome's. While waiting for me to speak to a clerk, my wife sat down at a dining table to hold our baby. Needless to say, good deals or not, we walked out. I believe this Asian guy was high on the management totem pole if not an owner. I would never shop here again and I suggest you don't either!
