I just had a terrible experience with the guy working there. His name is Trevor. He was extremely rude about the wrapping of the gifts.

Dollar tree is great when you need certain items. I buy my cleaning supplies here like comet…read morecleanser, toilet bowl cleaner etc. I also buy party supplies, greeting cards, holiday decor, candy for the movie theater, windshield wiper fluid for my car and kitchen supplies like tinfoil and plastic bags. It ends up being quite a savings. This location seems to be limited on quite a few items other locations carry. I'm not sure if that is because it's so busy and items sell out or that they just don't order as much as some of the other stores. Often times I've come in and there's lots of boxes in the aisles that haven't been unpacked yet. Until recently, the staff was very limited and there was usually only one maybe two people working. The past few times I've been in, there's been at least three or four people which is a significant improvement. The lines are shorter and move faster. Things also seem to be more organized and well stocked than they have been in the past. On my most recent visit, I stopped in looking for some St. Patrick's Day items, but it was a few days before the holiday so they were sold out. I know this is usually the case because they start putting holiday merchandise out well in advance, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I also needed a greeting card for a friend who had just had surgery. They had quite a nice selection of cards and I ended up getting a Hallmark card for $.50. What a bargain. Prices have gone up significantly on certain items I used to buy, to the point that they are no longer a deal. I just skip those items. Other items they no longer carry, but for the most part I always can find something that I need or some fun item that I don't, like the super sized pool noodle that I grabbed on this last visit. Perfect timing for this 80° weather we are having.

They also have cleaning supplies, food, items, and snack items as well. The store is clean and very organized for a dollar tree. I love all the deals that I got from the store.

Yesterday, I had an appointment nearby and needed to kill some time so I wandered in. I was greeted when I walked in. This store is clean and well organized compared to some of the other locations I have been to. I wandered up and down all the aisles. I can never leave without buying something, especially when I do it this way. There's so much to look at and so many things you didn't know you need but wonder why you haven't found them before. If you are looking for a random item you just might find it here. They have a little of everything. Stickers, kids items, socks, school supplies, beauty items, Asian foods & drinks, slippers, garden items, shoe inserts, storage containers, dishes, cooking items, laundry items.. a little of everything really. I love daiso and it's fun to shop at any of their locations.

From food and snacks to kitchenware and party supplies. Literally a little bit of everything and it is all so cute!!! Prices are fairly reasonable as well. This location is pretty big and is a great location right off of the freeway too. Plenty of parking on the lot and it is nice, they have regular cash registers as well as self checkout (if using credit cards)

Stopping by the Carlsbad Premium Outlets is a fun outing for anyone looking to shop a nice set of outlet stores in Carlsbad where the weather is typically lovely outside. There are plenty of stores along with some food options. There are some name brand stores and some stores not tied to name brands. There are deals regularly, especially around times like Black Friday and before and after any holiday. I often take a book and read it outside in a comfortable chair (hopefully out of the sun) while waiting for her to shop. When we went with her parents once, I sat with my father-in-law outside and we eventually stopped by Starbucks for a beverage. There are more than 85 stores and restaurants at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets. My wife's favorite is the Ann Taylor Factory Store. There is also a Coach Outlet, Gap Factory, Michael Kors Outlet, and so much more. Some of the restaurant options include a Blaze Pizza, Starbucks (of course!), Jersey Mike's, Ruby's Diner, Rubio's Coastal Grill, Wetzel's Pretzels, Tea Monks, Panda Express, Oasis Tacos, Mot'to Japanese Grill, and Haagen Dazs. There are other restaurants a short drive from the Outlets if more sit-down restaurants are desired. There are plenty of sales, discounts, and deals. Each day, different sales are listed on their website at https://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlet/carlsbad/deals. There are also military, teacher, and student discounts (all published on their website). Be prepared to share IDs accordingly when taking advantage of the discounts. There is also a free Elite Rewards membership, which you can find out more about at https://plus.simon.com. Each store has its own hours though the general hours at 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 8 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 11 AM to 7 PM on Sunday. Other amenities of the Carlsbad Premium Outlets include accessible parking, ATMs, a baby changing station, bike racks, drinking fountains, EV charging stations, family restrooms, nursing mother's lounge, public restrooms. strollers, wheelchairs, and so much more. You can read more about the Carlsbad Premium Outlets at https://www.premiumoutlets.com.
