This location is clean and organized…read more Staff are friendly and welcoming. You'll find all sorts of things here if you are willing to walk up and down the aisles. Personally, I think it's dangerous, value priced items and endless inventory. You'll see similar items as Ross since they're a subsidiary of them but you're most likely to get it in your size as not as many patrons know to shop here. I was always kept updated. The sauna was delivered around 5PM on a Friday and during setup, one of the installers noticed one part of the front wall panel was incorrect. Before I knew it, the installer was on his way for a replacement. I live in La Mesa and could not believe that the installer drove all the way back to San Carlos, to pickup up the correct part, and drove all the way back to La Mesa (on a Friday evening), just so I could have my sauna installed that day. They stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly. Now that's customer service! The quality of my sauna is exceptional. Very well made, comfortable and should last for years. The heater was included and is of a top brand. I will definitely do business with this company again.

People started leaving because of how slow it was. And when she finally came, she had this awful attitude, as if I was wasting her precious break time. She snapped at me after I made a small mistake and told me it was my last chance--canceling my order if I messed up again. The cashier was visibly embarrassed by Tori's treatment, and I was disgusted by how she treated her employee. Then, after this whole fiasco, when someone asked if another register could open, Tori just waved them off and walked away rudely. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for a manager. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store--Tori should not be in a leadership position!!!!!!
