A specific part of this mall experience that left me just feeling satisfied with my day at Spencer's was the outstanding kindness of these employees. They helped me search for items with no problems, issues, or judgement. Overall, the experience was a solid 10/10, and as a frequent mall visitor and Spencer's fan, and an alternative person, I recommend Spencer's at Ontario Mills. It's more anime and pop culture based. Half of the store is clothing and the other half is adult gag gifts and toys. Spencer's has always been that way. Prices are probably not the best. To the new owners of VG…read more.. I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.
