Cashiers were staffed and staff were walking around answer questions and putting things away that were out of place. Sadly not much Chiikawa but I do appreciate the cut outs that you can see from the outside. Perfect place to get gifts for someone if you're not entirely sure what they like but know that they like cute things. Love that they had a plushie of the Taiko arcade mascot, goods for pets, good amount of make up, cringely some League of Legends but I guess that's popular, and of course a crazy amount of blind boxes as the world calls for now. Clean and solid Miniso location. I didn't purchase anything but if I needed to, this would be great to find gifts for others for. They have their point system here as well.

There was Harry Potter things sprinkled throughout the store and the entire back of the store was Harry Potter. The back wall had mugs, cups, hats, and more! Aside from that, I also found many Disney items here. Awesome! And prices were not bad at all. I found some minions cups, Toy Story toys, and a huge display for Lilo & Stitch. I found a couple Super Nintendo items such as Bullet Bill and sandals. Also, some Barbie sandals too and a Minecraft phone holder. Some pretty cool things at a cheap price. The merchandise does seem cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Its a policy that does not make sense and if you worry about every human that walked TO your store, why even bother having a store. I really made my upsetness known.

Fun shop to look at lots of pop culture goods, memes, gag gifts and of course, the racier stuff that they have in the back is great to get gasps and laughs out of people. Very well stocked store, up to the ceiling with merch and goods. A bit disorganized with the sheer amount of goods everywhere and can be a bit of a claustrophobic hellscape if you have never been to one before or with the size of the party you're with or if it's a busy day at the mall. Staff welcomed us in, but mostly minded their own business as they did have a lot of customers in that day. They do have lots of deals, a clearance section, etc. so if you do need a funny gift, this Spencer's works in a pinch.

The selection of products in this Spencer's was great, they had a variety of good items, such as graphic tees, vibrators, and decorative items. A specific part of this mall experience that left me just feeling satisfied with my day at Spencer's was the outstanding kindness of these employees. They helped me search for items with no problems, issues, or judgement. Overall, the experience was a solid 10/10, and as a frequent mall visitor and Spencer's fan, and an alternative person, I recommend Spencer's at Ontario Mills. They clearly value their employees there. -Circle.

I have a habit of coming here on the weekdays because finding parking is a cinch and I can quickly pick up items I want or need. If you come on Friday nights, a lot of people are walking around, especially students. I would be careful about crossing the blocks here because there are many drivers who speed through and don't check the pedestrians. My store highlights are: Doc Martens, POP MART, ZARA, Punchbowl Social, Dog Haus, and the Escape Game. I frequent these places the most! I have also been enjoying their newest addition: Marugame Udon. Sadly, there aren't as many deals here because these aren't the outlet stores. At the time of my review, the Apple Store is currently under construction but they have a pop up located near miniso and POP MART instead. Everything is still kept clean and it's fun to walk around at night. The lights are glittering and sparkling. Amazing outdoor mall.

We were especially excited because we had heard about this brand while vacationing in Hokkaido not too long ago. Imagine our surprise when we discovered they actually have a location here in the U.S.! We picked up a few different items, and our favorite by far was the Original Rum Raisin Cookie Sandwich. It was incredibly delicate, rich, and absolutely delicious. We only bought a small pack and immediately regretted not getting more. One thing we really appreciated was the free samples. If you're having trouble deciding what to buy, definitely take advantage of them--they make it much easier to find your favorites. We're thrilled that we no longer have to travel all the way to Hokkaido to enjoy these treats, although we're also a little sad because this location is still quite a drive from where we live. If you're a fan of Japanese sweets and pastries, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Parking can be a bit challenging on weekends, so I recommend arriving early before the crowds roll in.
