Cashiers were staffed and staff were walking around answer questions and putting things away that were out of place. Sadly not much Chiikawa but I do appreciate the cut outs that you can see from the outside. Perfect place to get gifts for someone if you're not entirely sure what they like but know that they like cute things. Love that they had a plushie of the Taiko arcade mascot, goods for pets, good amount of make up, cringely some League of Legends but I guess that's popular, and of course a crazy amount of blind boxes as the world calls for now. Clean and solid Miniso location. I didn't purchase anything but if I needed to, this would be great to find gifts for others for. They have their point system here as well.

However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.
