    Few MLP items

We came in search of the My Little Pony items but we did not find much. There weren't any plushies. They did have coloring things and some small purses tho. They have a lot of cute things but the places were so small and pathways were very tight and hard for mobility challenged people. The prices were a but on the high end but with pop culture items it's to be expected.

I grab my birthday blind box. I went to the front to check out. An employee asked me for my phone number, but the bar code didn't state that I needed to provide my phone number to the employee. It instructed me to present my ID, and an employee would then scan the bar code. Miniso blind box Los Cerritos mall #birthday #bilndbox #Miniso #minisoblindbox #LosCerritosmall

Once again, give me anything Asian and I love it ! Right when I walk into the store the first thing that I see is a snow white brush! Win win win! I love snow white and I always find something Snow White, in every So many Asian stores ! Great place to get stocking stuffers . Don't get me going on the snacks. I love Asian snacks. Yummy.

Miniso has so many cute stuff animals and toys! They have so many things that would make great gift to friends and kids. Everything was organized so it would be easy to find something you would like.

Ice Bear $7. Unbelievably soft and great quality! YES!

So much cuteness and I've never walked out unscathed. The prices are reasonable, the quality is decent on the housewares + bath products (non-topical), and the office supplies selection is always changing. Side note on the plush which are always ridiculously smooshy and I want to lie in a pile of them. Characters change but always so soft.

Don't call it Daiso! Why? Because it's Miniso! Think an upscale Daiso, and that's what you get with Miniso. Walking along in the mall, I spotted Miniso was finally open for business. Always eager to check out new stores, I stepped foot inside to see what Miniso is all about. Seems as if the Pink Panther is the trademarked mascot for the company, as I saw Pink Panther-themed merchandise all across the store. From dolls, to keychains, to perfume, pink was everywhere. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=rxjY54EpyMXSG61mOofaYw&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=TVWVoN1qiDfFejVBbyuG5w&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=1yAB4O-nLHMwSxLng4dQVA&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA Most all the basics are covered in the store, whether it be homegoods, electronics, stationary, fitness or plush toys. Prices vary from cheap knickknacks to expensive electronics. Most of the items I would consider novelty, and not something I'm particularly looking for. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=i2V9UYO5eMyOLxHNelByDg&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=78JuuyyTbCnMHv6XK5GMmA&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA There were plenty of employees on hand to assist customers, and the layout of the store is bright & appealing. I spent a good 10 minutes in the store, and while I didn't make a purchase, I'd most assuredly browse the aisles again when I'm at the Los Cerritos Center.

Don't waist your money for small stuffs like these. Bad quality with overpriced. Check your stuffs carefully before get out. It's too small and sometimes they do double scans just for 1 item. P/s you must pay for item if you open the box for any reason. Please Let's your kids stay away from this shop.

As we were exploring the mall, we decided to step into Miniso. First time, I ever entered one of these stores. Kind of reminded me of a smaller version of Daiso. They carry similar merchandise. Prices were a bit higher here, though. It was cool browsing the shop. They carry an array of interesting stuff. Definitely, a store worth checking out when you are at the Los Cerritos Center.

    stale chips

I normally don't write reviews, but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with Sarah. I am a repeated customer at Miniso. I purchased chips and it was stale. I asked for an exchange. The customer service I recieved from Sarah from the start was aggresive and rude. I did not get an exchange or refund. From all the purchases I have made at Miniso I was never told all food items are final. I will no longer be shopping at Miniso anymore.

Just came in to try and exchange the gloves I purchased for my dad as a Christmas present only for them to tell me no returns or exchanges after 7 days. 7 DAYS. What a lousy policy- especially considering how many ppl purchase Christmas or holiday gifts in December and could be coming back for returns or exchanges. The gloves had nothing wrong with them, they simply didn't fit so I was going back to purchase other items - not even asking for a refund but an exchange. This policy is complete BS and for that they get a one star rating, and I am stuck with men's gloves that don't even fit the recipient.

The store is very clean, organized and spacious. The employees are very nice. I'm doing this review mainly because of the way I was treated as I was checking out. Delaney was the cashier who was at the check out, she presented me with some options which I took advantage of. She was very pleasant and walked me through the process. In doing so, I got 15% off of my purchase. Her customer service was exceptional and she made my shopping experience amazing and worthwhile. I saw at the register check out Harry Potter chocolate frogs with a collectible card shelf tag 3.99 -- i buy all ten they have. After my daughter says thats 50% off what she gets them for at Universal studios The next day, we are in Costa Mesa and the store has a full box of frogs, and the shelf tag is 3.99 -- I buy the box of 24. The kid checking us out super nice but first day on the register, so they walking him through how to use the register. So when headed to the car with purchase i said i better check the receipt. Sure enough the harry potter frogs ring up at 4.99 not the tag of 3.99 -- they do price adjustment, and the manager tells the kid to take the tag down and she will print new ones for the price mistake. So now drive home, check the other receipt and its 4.99 not 3.99 and drive back to the store. The kid at the register calls on radio for G3 or something to the front must be code for manager. Tall 6 ft female manager says what is the issue, he tells her he has picture of shelf tag supposed to be 3.99 not 4.99 on 10 frogs. She then says where is this picture from, I tell her costa mesa store, as I caught the mistake while there. She rudely tells me 3 times, that if i do not have the picture of the shelf tag in her store she will not honor the price. She then says if Costa Mesa honored the price tag error that is on them. She continues saying they can scan the item with their phone to see it was a mistake. I tell her I didnt take a picture of the shelf tag, because I didnt know the day before they made same error. She said sorry nothing i will do for you. I call the customer service chat, and speak to Armando, who says he is sorry for the trouble in the store, but without a picture of the Lakewood store price mistake they will investigate it, but wont change things. I ask their representative do you take a picture of every shelf tag a store when your shopping ? NO he says, so how can your corporation think that without a price tag picture your S.O.L ! The harry potter caramel barrel and small jelly belly glass cup with butter bean jelly bellies were moved from the left to the right side of the display today. i wouldnt give a penny to this company anymore if thats their idea of protecting themselves from price mistakes! Horrible manager with zero customer service skills, and a phone customer service basically telling you we will elevate it but without photo proof you wont get any place. WOW Cost plus shame on you !

I saw lots of party decor, disposable plates, makeup, cell phone accessories, home decor, misc craft, seasonal, etc. Few name brands, such as Sharpies and Ticonderoga, mostly generic Amazon goods made in China. All of the items come bought as mystery pallets from Amazon & the store is restocked on Thurs and Friday. Pricing is the most expensive on the restock days and I can't even fathom what's left by $0.50 Weds! Will be back to treasure hunt again!
