I've been to different massage places but this was the most unusual experience. Most of the time the massage was dry rubbing or constant rubbing me. It was also pulsating massage instead of a nice subtle pressure. I've done deep tissue and swedish at multiple places so I thought this was odd. Additionally, when they massaged my neck, I felt like they were pressing down on my carotid artery. Overall, I felt like the person doing my massage wasn't trained well or it was overall very odd. I disliked the constant repetitive rubbing over my shoulders. There was no compression and it just felt like they were just rubbing to make me feel like this was deep. There was no variation in technique at all. I was really disappointed by my experience.

The reason I can't rate it higher than 3 stars is the constant therapist turnover. I've been a member since they first opened, and every time I find a therapist I genuinely enjoy, they end up leaving. At first, I tried several therapists before finding one I liked. Then she left. So I started the process all over again and eventually found another therapist I enjoyed... and she left too. Most recently, I found my absolute favorite therapist. She was welcoming, friendly, warm, incredibly skilled, and consistently provided one of the best massage experiences I've had. After my last appointment, I went to rebook almost immediately, only to discover she had completely disappeared from the app. At this point, I can't help but wonder why there seems to be so much turnover. Maybe it's coincidence, but after losing multiple therapists over the years, it's become a noticeable pattern. As a customer, it makes me curious about what is causing so many talented therapists to move on. I understand that staff turnover happens, but after investing so much time finding therapists who are a good fit, it's disappointing to repeatedly start over. The service itself is excellent, but the lack of continuity makes it difficult to build the long-term experience that keeps members coming back. If Squeeze could improve therapist retention, I would happily be one of its biggest fans.
