It's a well-oiled operation, and the energy certainly adds to the experience. With thousands of near-perfect reviews setting our expectations pretty high, we were excited to dig in. We started with the Roti Massaman, featuring a small roti cut into four pieces alongside a vegetarian Massaman curry. The sweet, tangy flavors were pleasant enough, but the dish left us wanting more. Having enjoyed better versions elsewhere in the city, we missed that larger, flakier roti and a thicker, richer curry that really clings to the bread and lets you soak up every last bit of flavor. This one was decent, just not particularly memorable. Next came the Kee Mao Noodles (Drunken Noodles), and this is where things got interesting. I think they need to find a delivery solution or outsource deliveries to app drivers, because their staff was very rude in this process.
