The food came out really quick, impressively quick. Yet, all of the dishes turned out to be delicious. The Scallion Duck was my favorite. It maintained its crispiness despite being in sauce. The Pad Thai"s noodles were a bit overcooked, but the whole dish was still flavorful. The Yong Chow Fried Rice could have used a little more seasoning or MSG, but it was still delicious. If you have high blood pressure issue, this one's up your alley. Overall, it was a great experience and if I'm ever in that area again, I would definitely come back there. The peanut sauce had crushed peanuts and was such an accompaniment to texture. For the mains, we had the Chicken Pad Thai and the Braised Beef Short Rib in Penang Curry. The Pad Thai was a great standard and tasty with the crisp sprouts and zesty lime. This Braised Beef Short Rib is where it is at! One of their house specialties- the decadent flavors and textures of this dish is something that will be memorable and just the right touch of spice.
