Great beautiful customer service. Food was 4. Would have received a 5, but salmon was severely overcooked. Nevertheless, I'd go back. My table was able with there food.

Enjoyed chicken cordon bleu and meatloaf with the red wine shallot sauce, both with potatoes au gratin. Amazing service as usual!

First time at this Mimi's. It's tucked away in the Highlands shopping district, but has lots of parking and easy access. Busy on a Monday morning, but we were greeted warmly seated immediately. Love the French country ambiance and the cleanliness. The food was excellent. Quality ingredients and prepared perfectly. The malt waffles were amazing! Highly recommend!

I got brunch here with friends and it was stunning. I ordered a breakfast burrito and the portion size was generous. Our waiter remembered everyone's orders and kept the free drink refills steadily flowing. We appreciated that they reserved a big table for us and were cool with issuing separate checks for everyone in our party. I was tempted to try the frou-frou coffee drinks - maybe next time!

First time at Mimi's Cafe. The waiter Oscar helped me with the breakfast menu and recommendations. I ordered the Grand breakfast with option to pick French toast waffles or pancakes. I enjoyed my order. I also observed a busboy cleaning tables pretty quickly. I found out his name is Mario. He does a great job cleaning up and having the tables ready for the customers. My friend and I spoke with the Manager Francisco. He told him that we admired Mario's work ethic. Side note, my friend's meal was a tad cold and requested it to be warmed up. The staff oblige and heated up the meal. The manager gave us a blueberry muffin (complimentary) it was so delicious. I recommend the blueberry muffin.

It was a Saturday morning, we had just done our civic duty and donated blood, now it was time for a hearty breakfast. We hadn't been to Mimi's for a while, they were known for their wonderful muffins and breakfasts, so Mimi's it was! Fortunately, there was there no wait on a Saturday morning, we were seated immediately. Bring on the piping hot coffee, then lets talking about what we're having for breakfast. Our attentive server made some suggestions from the plethora of choices. To complicate matters, seasonal choices were listed on the blackboard. Decisions, decisions, what to order? After looking over the menu, way TOO many choices to consider, we finally had some choices nailed down. My wife decided on Quiche Lorraine accompanied with breakfast potatoes and one of Mimi's delicious blueberry muffins. I was a bit more adventurous ordering their spinach artichoke omelet with breakfast potatoes and a buttermilk spice muffin. While waiting on breakfast entrees to arrive, we enjoyed conversation, people watching and Mimi's wonderful coffee. It was SO good. After a short wait, our server brought our beautifully presented breakfast entrees. Our table got very quiet as both of us enjoyed our wonderful breakfasts. My wife said the quiche was one of the best she's ever had. My spinach artichoke omelet was prepared perfectly, so fluffy and not overly cooked. The breakfast potatoes were a nice addition to our platters. As we finished our breakfasts, we both agreed not to wait too long before we headed back over to Mimi's for a special weekend dining experience.

Went for Sunday brunch and got seated fairly quick considering it was busy. Our waitress Chris was nice, but busy with a bigger party in her section. The drinks were really good. The food looks nice, but it was okay at best. We had asked one of the servers who brought out food for more chips for our artichoke dip, but he never returned with chips. I was genuinely looking forward to going to Mimi's since it's been a long time since the last time I came to eat here, so I'm mildly disappointed in the food.

Fantastic place !!! Great presentation and even better flavor !! What I ordered: - crab cake Benedict ( exceptional!!!) -chorizo tacos ( very tasty) -chocolate chip puppy ( I have a picky kid that actually ate!!! That should say something he doesn't even like eggs and ate the eggs. And loves bacon and ate the bacon. Also I gave him fruit he happily ate that as well!! ). I have to many good things to say about this place. My white peach mimosa was sooo good!!! Normally mimosas don't taste that great but this place and this one was a winner winner !!!! It made my whole breakfast come together and very enjoyable!!! Will tell friends n family Finally a five star place with REAL good food!! And Real good customer service that actually cares !!! As I did have to call them 3 times ( I felt so bad I didn't want to bother them) they were kind and patient and helped me with all my questions:)

The food was delicious and the portions were plentiful I had a decent size to go box. My mom loved the food and the service was great. This was our first time to Mimi's and we enjoyed it. The vibe was relaxing and it didn't feel like we were sitting all over each other. We will have to come back and try the lunch menu.

Great food with different flavors. I have too many favorite dishes to name. You can come in to Mimi's for soup and a drink, a sandwich or a special French dish oh la la. Service is great, Ana@ Mimi's Cafe Arlington is our server, she is always friendly and smiling, makes me think she loves her job! She is great at recommending dishes based on preferences. Restaurant is clean with nice decor. Music is not loud. Great experience at Mimi's. Highly recommended for a quick lunch or a special date, or a trip with the family or friends!

French-inspired breakfast-to-dinner restaurant, with simple Frenchy decor. Our server, Ricky, was superb - friendly, informative, & speedy. They're on pricey side, with ok portions - maybe a bit much for 1, but not quite enough for 2 adults. They hv decent selection of items. I had the Brie & mushroom quiche, which was good, but not spectacular. My friends liked their breakfast crepes. My favorite item was the roasted potatoes. Be aware that onions & bell pepper on your potatoes cost extra $2.49, glad we were informed!

We started with the complimentary bread, and the butter served with it was so delicious I wanted to buy some--unfortunately, they don't sell it. For appetizers, my husband ordered the French onion soup, and I chose the escargot. He thoroughly enjoyed the soup. The escargot was enjoyable, though not my personal favorite. I especially liked the foie gras pâté, which was rich, creamy, and flavorful. For the mains, my husband had the beef tenderloin with cognac-black peppercorn sauce and thin French fries. He said the steak was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was exceptional. I ordered the duck breast, which was tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. For dessert, we shared the brandy ice, which was refreshing and similar to a smoothie, and I had the classic crème brûlée, which was a wonderful way to end the meal.

We spent about 2 hours enjoying the offerings of the restaurant. They advertise a minimum of $59 per guest, but unless you frugally navigate the menu and order water I would plan to spend $100-150 per diner to get the full experience . Location: the restaurant is in a very small cottage style "house", which was PERFECT. It had so much character and really was a unique dining experience. We loved the restaurant - and had zero issues with parking. Food (and wine): the food was very good and honestly you get a lot of it. We did French onion soup, scallops, tartare, steak frites, duck, the included salad, and two desserts. Everything was genuinely very well prepared. The only thing we did not enjoy were the scallops, they were seared on one side and honestly just seemed underdone - but we're not scallop experts by any means so take that with a grain of salt. Everything else was very very good. I would highly recommend the steak frites and the duck. We will 100% come back just for the food alone. We let our waitress and the wine expert guide us with a tailored wine paring with each grouping of our dishes. This experience was very well executed - and don't skip the wine room, take a look. Service: the service was good, not amazing. The staff to table ratio felt overwhelmingly in favor of the staff, but the service didn't necessarily directly reflect that. We were celebrating a birthday which was articulated in our reservation but unfortunately that was overlooked but happily accommodated when mentioned. This was prime time on a Saturday and we were in no hurry, so not really a major impact for us. Someone who was a stickler for perfect service on a rather expensive meal might say otherwise. Overall we had a great time, and will certainly be back. Thanks for providing Fort Worth with a taste of France!

The cheese plate had 4 wonderful cheeses and a number of tasty accompanying treats like figs and cornichon pickles. I would very much recommend it. The main souffle was kinda one note. The mushroom flavor was strong and I wish there was more cheese or some larger chunks of mushroom, perhaps some gravy, but that may be too british. I enjoyed this, but I will try another souffle when I return. On the other hand, my raspberry dessert souffle was delicious. Lightly flavored and sweetened on its own, the supplied raspberry sauce brought strong flavors to the pillowy souffle. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere here was outstanding. It's dark, moody, and effortlessly romantic, with a live pianist playing throughout the evening. It's the kind of place that feels intimate without being stuffy, perfect for a date night. The service was honestly some of the best I've had in Dallas. My water never dropped below two sips from full, the team was that attentive. It became amusing (in the best way) how on top of everything they were. Our waiter, Rene, was outstanding. He provided stellar recommendations from starters to entrées, drinks, and desserts. I trusted him enough to let him choose my glass of wine to follow my cocktail, and he nailed it. He also walked us through the menu in detail, which was incredibly helpful as first-time guests. The food absolutely delivered: * Shrimp St. Martins - Five jumbo de-veined shrimp in a rich, butter-like sauce that was decadent without being overwhelming. * Frisée Aux Lardon Salad - Rene thoughtfully split this tableside and served it onto individual plates. The dressing leans heavily Dijon-forward, so order accordingly if you're not a mustard fan. That said, the bacon was some of the best I've ever had: thick, slightly sweet, and perfectly cooked. * Sea Bass Ratatouille - Served over a tomato sauce, it was flavorful, well-balanced, and not too heavy. * Rack of Lamb - An extremely generous portion (which I happily helped my date finish). It was boldly seasoned and on the saltier side, which I personally loved, though I understand that may not be for everyone. * Affogato - A simple but perfect way to close out the meal. Between the romantic atmosphere, top-tier service, and excellent food, this is easily one of the better dining experiences I've had in Dallas.
