You have to note that the person who wrote the previous review had absolutely nothing to do with…read morethe actual business.... I imagine they were not the most polite person when they called as well? Either way, that was an unfortunate situation. We use Simon Printing for letterhead and business cards. They are very accomodating and easy to work with. When I need to order items, I just send an e-mail and they already have all of our templates/etc. They have even delivered to us when we needed items quickly. We had one problem with them with business cards, but it was because they were trying to help us by drying them quicker and inserted a sheet after printing. A small portion of the cards were smudged but, again, it was because the job was rushed and they didn't have time to dry properly. They sent replacements afterwards so they more than made up for it.

Service is beyond amazing!…read more I contacted Alexis because I work for a preschool and we wanted to get some sweaters printed for our teachers as a Christmas gift. Alexis and I talked on the phone to get an idea of what I wanted, then we started to exchange emails of the draft that she put together, so I can get a better visual of how our school logo will appear on the sweaters. She was very professional & prompt with her work. We definitely ordered the sweaters because of her customer services and how catering she was. We will be ordering again soon! Thank you for everything.

BG concepts have been printing my shirts for over a year and a half now and I have absolutely no complaints. Frank and company have been a joy to work with and keeps me up to date with the projects on hand. A very big plus to BG is when they contact me a week early and the shirts are ready. This has happened more than once and is very appreciated. It's a pleasure working with BG Concepts. They haven't let me down, they cater to my needs and do a great job on the production and quality of my shirts. To say they're customer service is poor or unsatisfactory, I'm sorry but I just don't see it at all when I work with them. Our business together is over a year and a half deep, it's only right to let people know they're services are appreciated from me.

I went there and spoke to Tony Ngo, a very polite gentleman, who took my sample and turned out seven beautiful new ones. These are two-level badges, a silver design level over a blue plastic core. Recently I brought some large scale architectural drawings for scanning. Steve did my scan, but I…read moredidn't like it because it was black and white - not greyscale. In some ways, perhaps black and white was superior, but in terms of reading all the fine prints, greyscale - to my eyes - is the way to go. I asked Steve if he could re-scan. He hesitated because to him the black and white were good. But he nevertheless took me back to the scanner and scanned a few difficult pages and adjusted the settings so that we are on the page about the settings. Then he rescanned all again the way I wanted - and without me charging me extra. I give a 5 stars because even though things didn't in my view go well at first, the people at DES cared enough to do a good job. One note though for the owner of the business: the people on the phone can be kinder sometimes. When I called back initially to complain about the scans, I got a pretty rude response. Turns out Steve was not in, and people were out of the loop what my issues were. I know people are busy, and I know I was ultimately taken care of, but I think there are definitely rooms to improve. It looks like a good business overall, and sometimes that extra care is what will distinguish you from all others...

PrintPapa is an excellent print shop with a memorable name!…read more I have used their services for a couple projects at work and they have been responsive, courteous, and mindful of our timing needs each time. The quality is also there, which is obviously very important. They helped me with printing copies of an annual report and also with signage for an event - both projects went over very well and received positive responses on the quality, design, and cost. What's also nice about PrintPapa is you can entirely customize and order your project through their website but you can also call and speak to them if you need further assistance. I've worked with print shop vendors who solely operate via email and it can be hard to speak with them over the phone, leading to a lot of tedious and unnecessary back and forth. PrintPapa is a terrific option for a local, affordable, and efficient print house.
