Our insurance company arranged for a tow truck to take us to ray's auto body. It was our good fortune. They did an assessment and determined that it would take 6 days to repair all of the damages, just to get all the parts. When they heard we were on our dream vacation Luke Morgan, a co owner, started calling around to find the parts he needed. We waited in the shop for a couple hours until he said he got what he needed. He drove us to a hotel then drove all over town picking up the parts. Needless to say he worked well into the night and the next day so our car would get fixed. When we picked up the car he told us the amount the insurance would pay and the amount of our deductible. Before he took my credit card he asked if this would put a hardship on our vacation money. He said we could always pay him later. We live 3 states away and he was so thoughtful. My faith in humanity has been restored. Yeah AND he washed the car!!

I went to Acme for the first time April 1 and Curt (the owner) was the absolute nicest guy -- felt…read morelike I knew him forever, and right when I first started talking to him I could sense the sincerity and integrity of this guy and the place -- one of the cleanest auto and body shop repair places that I have ever been to. To make a long story short, Tires Plus, on 132nd and Maple told me this Ford Escape of my daughter's which I had just spent a bunch of $$ at Tires Plus to put a new AC compressor in and recharge a few weeks ago now needed more work. But, when we tried the AC on warm days and even the day after leaving the place the first time after the repair it was not throwing any cold or even cool air out. When I took it back in, assuming it was under warranty from 3 weeks before, they said it now needed a new evaporator coil. The cost? $1600. I took the car back and took it to Kurt at Acme. He and his mechanics checked out the whole AC system to find out it was only a fuse and now the AC is working great and Acme did that at minimal cost. I will keep bringing my cars to Acme. Something was dragging so I pulled over when safe and saw an underbody shield was dragging. Luckily I was already close to my hotel for the night in Council Bluffs. Everything was closed for the night so I had to wait until morning to start making calls. The closest shop was this Auto Body Concepts. The secretary was super friendly on the phone and said they could get me in right away to get an estimate. Luckily it was easy for them to just pull off the damaged panel and put it in my truck space so I can look into getting it fixed once I get home. This is the second time they have worked on my car because a year ago I hit a deer and it did quite a bit of damage to my carThe personnel is great.
