We scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on hail damage. My husband took time off to take our car in. When he got there, they refused to do an estimate without an insurance claim number. We were getting the estimate to determine if a claim was worth it. Since claims count against you, we wanted to ensure it was worth it to file one or just pay for the damage ourselves. To further add insult to injury, they didn't tell us this when we scheduled the estimate, forcing us to take time off unnecessarily. read more

This place has a policy that it will not work on rebuilt title vehicles. This is a perfectly acceptable policy, however I called in to get a quote for some touch up items on a salvaged title vehicle, explained the situation to the person on the phone, and was setup for an estimate. I took time off work just to get told they won't touch it, even though this was never mentioned when I called in. Wasting my time is not something I enjoy doing. read more

i had a bumper repair at ocr from 3/14/23 to 3/23/23. following will be my unhappy bullet points: * poor logistics. estimate listed 3 business days to repair. instead mine took 8 business days (10 total days). the repair didn't start until the 5th business day! this cost my insurance an extra 6 days car rental @ $36/day! *the color match was off, subtle, but off. i expected a better match from this auto repair business! *while my car was repaired at ocr, 27 miles were logged on to the odometer!! why did my car leave the business lot, and for what purpose????? *while my car was repaired at ocr, the bluetooth for my radio was turned off and the fm radio was switched on! totally inappropriate changing any car settins not related to the repairs!!! so would i recommend this auto repair to anyone or consider using them in the future for any further repairs???? no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! respectfully submitted, s. blair read more

I took my 2005 Nissan Titan XE in for repair after sliding on the ice and damaging the front left quarter panel and steering knuckle. I was given 3 different completion dates, they met the 3rd one at 4:30 pm they close at 5. I took my truck home and heard clanking from the bed of the truck looked in the back and found the old parts they had removed off the truck. Two of the delays for getting it repaired is the parts the received were the wrong ones or damaged they said. The plastic wheel well cover they put in was 8" short. They ordered another one and got the same thing in, I was told it was a change by Nissan. I looked it up and found they got the one for an LE the XE one is larger and will not fit any other truck. They also charged me for a new air filter box because it was broken, they did not change that out still have the broken one in the truck. I did get a refund for that. I now have a clunk noise when I go over bumps from the repaired area, I think they put in the wrong shock. I will fix it myself don't trust them. It felt like when I called to find out about the progress it was annoying them to have to bother with letting me know anything. read more

Unfortunate for me I have had to bring several cars here. They have always done a perfect repair and made my entire experience worry free.

This would be the 3rd time I've taken a car there because of their superior service I've had in the past. However, this time I was a little disappointed, after taken the vehicle back for adjustments twice, I was told "that is the best we can do". Even though I thought different. That and an item came up missing from my vehicle that I accidentally left under the seat (And yes I know it is owners responsibility to remove all items). Took my car here after my deployment to get the bumper fixed. The staff is very helpful with providing both email and text message updates. They would also on occasion call with updates too. During my fix they found more damage and got it replaced very quickly. The original estimate said it would take approximately 3 days to complete. With the new found damage it bumped it to 4 days total. Communicated wonderfully with my insurance. They worked seamlessly with my car rental place and had the rental ready to go when I dropped my car off. Something I didn't know; they have locations all across the US near military installations. Therefore if I have another problem at a different military assignment, I'm already processed in the system and will be able to get the help I need quickly. read more

I wrote our previous review a few days before receiving our car back. When we went to pick up our car, everyone was very friendly and nice. HOWEVER.....our tint on a side window had been replaced - did not happen in the accident. My husband had to point out that one of the headlights was all scratched up - did not happen in the accident (they did fix this after several days). And all the change was missing from my husband's change container - did not happen in the accident. No one could tell us how all this happened...go figure. read more

There was a little more damage than originally thought and Tiffany took care of my rental for those extra few days. This isn't the cheapest body shop in town, but consider what you're doing - you're repairing an investment, and for that, you don't want to skimp. You save in the long run. I needed damage from a parking lot hit and run repaired on my fairly new car, as well as paintless dent repair after having a door opened onto my side panel. After some research into area shops, I decided to try OCR. I was highly impressed at how clean, efficient, and professional the office and the garage was. The estimator who worked with me was very honest, and the estimate was accurate to the actual services performed. The service was fast, too, once I went in for the repairs - one day turnaround - and fairly priced. The repairs I needed were minor and cosmetic, so I did not work with insurance and I can't comment on that aspect, but they do seem to work with all major insurance companies. All the little things I needed done got done, and when they finished, they lightly detailed my car, including buffing out some scratches on the hood, which was a nice touch. Of course, I hope I never need to come back, but if I do need a body shop's services again, I'll certainly be a repeat customer. read more

Hit a deer in my ten-day-old car, which cracked my bumper, put a significant dent in the hood, and damaged some internal components. Took it into Offutt Collision Repair on recommendation from my insurance company and couldn't have been happier with the service and result. The front office is clean and welcoming and the staff are great. They fixed my car ahead of schedule and it's as if the accident never happened. Honestly if I could say anything about this place I would say "(0 stars) I wouldn't go to this place if it was the only place to take your car!" Let me tell you about the worst experience of my life when it comes to an auto body shop! I always take my cars to a friend of my husband and myself, but when my car was crashed into I was told by the other person's insurance company (American Family *which is another horrible story for another review) to take it to Offutt. The appraiser at Offutt said I had to wait 2 weeks to take it in. (I should have known then and there that I should have gone somewhere else), but since the insurance said to take it there, I waited the two weeks. *from the accident, my driver side quarter panel was smashed in, the back door was smashed in, & my car was hit so hard it was pushed onto the curb, causing it to make a horrible loud sound (coming from the passenger back wheel)* Everything seemed fine. They said it would take 1 week. Fine whatever. I got updated throughout the whole process, which was nice, but when I got my car back. I have never been so mad in my life! The same adjuster [jason] who looked at my car when i brought it in was a complete jerk who had the nerve to lie to my face! First thing we noticed was the color didn't match. it was too green. (My car color is super hard to blend, & there's only 2 businesses that are capable of blending the color right ford and jody's) 2nd the door still had a huge gap. 3rd they broke the driver side reflector. The first thing we told the adjuster is that they broke the reflector. He had the nerve to say, "you can't prove we did that." I pulled out my phone and showed him the pictures of the car (after the accident), before I brought it in. Luckily I had a picture of the reflector on it, & it wasn't broken when I brought it in. The adjuster said, "well you can't tell in that picture if it's broken, but since I'm a nice guy I'll replace it for free." I was completely appalled! I stayed calm though, then we said we need to take it for a drive to see if that sound went away. So we take it for a drive, & it was still making the loud horrible sound! At that point we knew not only did they not do a good job, but they didn't fix all of the damage caused by the accident! We took it back and the adjuster came out again, & we told him it's still making the sound. One of the repair guys took it for a drive and said "wow, that's a horrible, loud sound." Then the adjuster drove it and came back and said. "That's a quiet sound, you can't even tell." My husband and I were at this point beyond angry and I lost my cool. I started voice recording the adjuster. He said "that's not the same noise as before." My husband and I both were so mad and we told him, "it's the same noise!" Then the adjuster said, "the car was hit on the driver side. The sound is coming from the passenger side wheel bearing. you can't prove that sound is from the accident." I was beyond livid. I tried to get a hold of American family and they said, "well the adjuster said its not from the accident so we won't cover for them to fix it, unless you can prove its from the accident." So I had to drive my car home and American family then sent their own adjuster out to my house a few days later. The American family adjuster was really nice and took pictures of the accident spot and said that wheel bearing break was from the accident, because the curb clearly has a big white scuff mark (even a month after the accident) from where my car was pushed up on the curb. So he told me I have to take it back to Offutt to fix it. I then took it to my friend who gave me a list of things that Offutt didn't fix right, & I brought it back to Offutt to fix it. The manager said he will get it all fixed the same day. So I called back later that day, & was told it wasn't fixed yet. I had to call everyday that week, because I didn't get updates on what they were doing with my car, & they kept saying "tomorrow". So four days later they finally finished it. Everything was finally fixed (including the reflector & wheel bearing), but the color is even worse than the first time they painted it. The door wasn't fixed right again, but it was better than the first time. I would have to bring it back a 3rd time but I decided screw it, I've already been without my car for a month that I don't want to fight them. I just know that if I ever have to get my car fixed again that I will never take it to Offutt, & I'll never recommend Offutt and I will tell everyone who asks for information on repair companies, to not go to Offutt. *overall review: Bad customer service Bad body work Bad adjuster [jason] Never recommend to friends or family Never use their services again read more
