Disappointed with repair on paint match and re installation…read moreof the bumper gaps around the bumper ....it was returned to correct the errors however I could not recommend...very disappointed on quality on paint reinstall of bumper convergent with gaps....for one, the truck lid upon closure, rubbed on the bumper...there was no gap ... Just unfortunate how the job was presented with returned trips to get it right...color was still off..just very disappointed in the finished product...by the way, when asked if they were able to match color, the reply was yes...in the end it did not match.

Unfortunately, during the service, the windshield was further damaged and ended up with a crack instead. Was notified of the damage by owners and offered to replace windshield at half cost. After discussion, it was agreed upon that the windshield would be replaced for free. They were able to get this accomplished fairly quickly within a week or so. To make a long story short, Tires Plus, on 132nd and Maple told me this Ford Escape of my daughter's which I had just spent a bunch of $$ at Tires Plus to put a new AC compressor in and recharge a few weeks ago now needed more work. But, when we tried the AC on warm days and even the day after leaving the place the first time after the repair it was not throwing any cold or even cool air out. When I took it back in, assuming it was under warranty from 3 weeks before, they said it now needed a new evaporator coil. The cost? $1600. I took the car back and took it to Kurt at Acme. He and his mechanics checked out the whole AC system to find out it was only a fuse and now the AC is working great and Acme did that at minimal cost. I will keep bringing my cars to Acme. He was patient, thorough and walked me through the initial inspection and explained where certain costs came into play. They did the work in the time quoted and in my case the actual cost was significantly lower than the estimate. I still need some chrome they couldn't find a match for but it wasn't part of the quote in the first place. I'm very happy with Dent Crafters. I hope I don't need another body shop but if I do they'll be my first call!
