I had a door dent on a crease that was no doubt obvious to see, but hard to get to. I was told up front that a simple dent pull may not make it 100%, but it DID! Well, that and some extra work. I received timely text updates throughout the two day service period. And when it was finished, Jimmy called to ask if I wanted to see it before putting things back together. I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied! Tre was so wonderful in taking me home when I dropped off the Explorer, and then offered to return when finished. I got a ride to pick it up. And Tre made sure it was clean (spotless) for me, inside and out!!? It looked better than when I bought it 3 weeks earlier! Thank you Great Plains! You all are incredible, incredible people!

Since claims count against you, we wanted to ensure it was worth it to file one or just pay for the damage ourselves. To further add insult to injury, they didn't tell us this when we scheduled the estimate, forcing us to take time off unnecessarily.

I paid my deductible when I picked up my car. Not sure why, but when my insurance company settled up with the shop, they also paid the deductible. I was notified by my insurance company that the deductible had been paid twice and that the shop should refund the deductible that I paid. Well, that was 4 1/2 months ago and about 20 phone calls later. I have yet to receive the money owed to me. The shop says they are now "corporate" and that the claim is with their accounting department. Again, it has been 4 1/2 months... No one ever answers the phone at the corporate office (which is in Arizona). No one ever returns calls / messages - I have left over 10. I am now paying an attorney to write a demand letter... Unfortunately, during the service, the windshield was further damaged and ended up with a crack instead. Was notified of the damage by owners and offered to replace windshield at half cost. After discussion, it was agreed upon that the windshield would be replaced for free. They were able to get this accomplished fairly quickly within a week or so.
