My car ended up being totaled, but had I needed repair, there's no doubt in my mind that it would have been done professionally and correctly in a timely manner. Definitely recommened. Our insurance company arranged for a tow truck to take us to ray's auto body. It was our good fortune. They did an assessment and determined that it would take 6 days to repair all of the damages, just to get all the parts. When they heard we were on our dream vacation Luke Morgan, a co owner, started calling around to find the parts he needed. We waited in the shop for a couple hours until he said he got what he needed. He drove us to a hotel then drove all over town picking up the parts. Needless to say he worked well into the night and the next day so our car would get fixed. When we picked up the car he told us the amount the insurance would pay and the amount of our deductible. Before he took my credit card he asked if this would put a hardship on our vacation money. He said we could always pay him later. We live 3 states away and he was so thoughtful. My faith in humanity has been restored. Yeah AND he washed the car!!

To make a long story short, Tires Plus, on 132nd and Maple told me this Ford Escape of my daughter's which I had just spent a bunch of $$ at Tires Plus to put a new AC compressor in and recharge a few weeks ago now needed more work. But, when we tried the AC on warm days and even the day after leaving the place the first time after the repair it was not throwing any cold or even cool air out. When I took it back in, assuming it was under warranty from 3 weeks before, they said it now needed a new evaporator coil. The cost? $1600. I took the car back and took it to Kurt at Acme. He and his mechanics checked out the whole AC system to find out it was only a fuse and now the AC is working great and Acme did that at minimal cost. I will keep bringing my cars to Acme. Thanks Curt and the whole crew at Acme!! Dana Mantini
