The shop says they are now "corporate" and that the claim is with their accounting department. Again, it has been 4 1/2 months... No one ever answers the phone at the corporate office (which is in Arizona). No one ever returns calls / messages - I have left over 10. I am now paying an attorney to write a demand letter... The car is a little over a year old and still looked brand new except for that dent. This really bothered me. I went to several body shops for estimates which ranged from $1000.00 to $2200.00. I almost decided I would have to live with the dent. Then luckily, I came across Caliber Collision. Their personnel were excellent. They made me feel like they wanted to fix my car and not try to get as much money out of me as they could. They brought out their best dent repair man and he thought he could fix it with a Paintless Dent Repair technique. As it turned out, it worked, but he did admit that it was one of the toughest dents he's tackled. My wife and I were so happy, the dent is gone, and the hood looks brand new.
