Ordered 4 pizzas by phone right when they opened. I was told 20 - 25 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and was the only customer. I was told another few minutes. About 10 minutes later I saw the pizza being put in the oven. Calling ahead did zero good. Never again. Too bad, I like to support small businesses. read more

I wanted to get delivery for someone that is about 15 min away but unfortunately that was outside the delivery area. I ordered pickup by phone instead since I was headed this way from NN and delivered the order to the intended recipient myself. I had never been here before but there are two entry doors. The one of the far left is for dinning in and the one on the right is for takeout. They were pretty busy but had our sandwiches ready with 20 min as promised. The fries seemed fresh cut and were nice a crispy. There is no option to order online. Their website says a menu is coming soon. Thankfully the people I was ordering for knew what they wanted. There are pics on yelp that people have taken of the menu but I'm not sure if they are still accurate based on their website saying a new menu is coming soon. read more

The food is ok but not worth the inevitable wait. They are ALWAYS slow. Even with no other customers waiting. They told me 25 minutes on my last order of pizza and wings. Got there at 30 minutes and waited 15 more before I gave up and left. I'll just go home and eat a sandwich. Time is money!! read more

The food was really good, and Milton was a great host. But entering the dining room through a different door than the front counter is a little weird. They could do so much more business if they had to go menus printed. They didn't even have business cards. There are only pictures of the menu from someone posting them, but their website doesn't work - it's a shame! He's got great food, but how are people going to order for pick up or take out without online menus or paper "to go" menus? read more

Stopped here for a quick bite! We had just left the airport and aren't from this area. I found this place online and we gave it a try. The house dressing was so yummy, the pizza crust was perfect and toppings were very flavorful. The sauce was rich in flavor, also. They have a take out window/section and a dine in area with about 6 or 7 tables. Nice atmosphere, good food, and Milton came out to chat with us. They have reopened the dinning room which is great and they also have pizza by the slice. The owners are the nicest people and I haven't ever been disappointed by their food! Was looking for a place that made pizza from scratch, was tired of the usual options in the area as they weren't very good. Then I came across this place on yelp. Called and ordered, took about 30 min, very quick service. Kind folks running the place. Family oriented, looked like a father and his kids running the place. Love that!! They have outside seating for warmer weather. Overall great vibe. Kinda pricey but in new Kent everything is! This is the better quality place for your money. Smells amazing in there. I accidentally discovered Milton's on Friday night stopping for gas off 64. Boy am i glad I did!! This is by far the best pizza I've had in years. The dough was perfect, crust crispy yet soft, and sauce was perfect. I was so impressed, I make it a point to stop at least once a month. read more

We stopped by passing through the town and it was late. It is a small place with outdoor patio seating. We were greeted by a man at the counter. He was nice and friendly. We ordered a large meat lovers pizza and a greek salad. The pizza was hot and delicious all the way to the crispy crust. The salad was fresh and crispy with a lot of toppings which I loved. Yesterday, for about the thousandth time, I got carryout from Milton's. What I carried home differed from what I ordered in 2 ways. 1. When I placed my order, I specified Philly Cheesesteak, Greek Salad with Vinaigrette, and Onion Rings. In that order. Now, French Fries come with the Cheesesteak, and I wanted both Fries and Onion Rings. Apparently the gal taking my order thought I wanted to upgrade my Fries to Onion Rings, because there were no Fries when I got home. Grrr. 2. I put the Greek Salad in the fridge and devoured the Cheesesteak over a 4 hour period. This morning, I removed the GS from the fridge, opened the clamshell, and was rewarded with an abundant Salad, and BLOODY ITALIAN DRESSING! When I had specified Vinaigrette!! At least the Cheesesteak was flawless, as ever. Milton's is closed today (Monday), so I intend to return tomorrow to address this issue with the owner. read more

Tried this place as we were traveling back home. I prefer the large pepperoni pizza and a large cheesesteak. Price was pretty decent only spent about 30 bucks on the whole order plus the tip I left Pizza was pretty good, I would say your regular by slice type pizza. Good dough, crust was good had nice cheesy bite and the sauce was flavorful. Cheesesteak was pretty bland but decent enough for the price. When I walked in there was a man at the front he simply looked up then back down didn't greet me, I even said, " what's up man, how you doing". No response, then his son came to take my order. Unfortunately I watched the lady throw my bread in the oven with no gloves on so it was immediately a let down. Also I asked for napkins since we were eating in the car and they had none available. At least the son couldn't find any. You usually eat pizza with your hands so having napkins is a must. I would give this place another chance I know they are trying pretty hard and looks family owned. Customer service is extremely important. So I would recommend working on that. Not the kid though, he did his best more so the adults in there. The shop is connected to a gas station and there is one table inside for people to eat and a couple benches outside. Overall I would order the pizza again if I lived in the area and give them another shot at customer service. They should invest in gloves and napkins. Respectfully read more

Great tasting pie but being from up north pizza to me without a red sauce is a damn flat bread! I like Buffalo chicken pizza. So obviously I prefer it with red sauce as well as Buffalo sauce. Every single time I have ordered it here it's been an issue. They try & talk me out of ordering it with both sauces because it'll be too flimsy. Ok well cook it a little longer then or mix half n half. Been ordering my pizza like this forever I just don't see the effing problem. So for that reason Roma's will be getting my money from now on. This was the worst pizza we ever tried to eat! Dry, overcooked, very little cheese or sauce! They only have specialty pizzas on menu online. When I called store to ask if we ask for pizza with toppings we liked, they said we could but not available for delivery! Picked up large pizza with 4 toppings = $31. & they expected a tip! No ambiance at all or seating, except outside. It was not edible. So glad there is at least a Pizza Hut in this town... hate to write a bad review, but money is too important these days & we would gladly pay that for a real pizza. So I try to be positive I'm this group!! But what happened last night was not good. I have been ordering from Milton's for the last 3 or 4 weeks. Between the delivery driver and me the bag with spaghetti marina dropped spaghetti was spilled inside the bag. He told me it should be fine. WTF. Well I called Milton's to let them know what happened. He came back with what was supposed to be a new order. I looked into the container and someone had put that spaghetti back into the container all mixed up . Anyone that orders from there knows it is not mixed up. Spaghetti on bottom and sauce on top. We just ordered the Milton pizza. Sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, extra cheese. I think green peppers..... anyway. Pizza was ok. Nothing special honestly. Just fine. No major complaints. I think Prima pizza was better. More flavorful sauce. There really isn't an amazing pizza option in New Kent....... oh well.... read more

Food was ok but the biggest disappointment was the price I was given on my receipt was changed when I gave them my credit card. I was charged a convenience fee for using my credit card while eating inside and the waitress didn't even mention it when bringing back receipt to sign. I paid with a Visa and according to their website you aren't allowed to do this. Here is what I got from the Visa website: Q. Can I charge a convenience fee for accepting a Visa card? A. In certain countries, for example Russia, the U.S., and some countries in Asia, a merchant is permitted to charge a convenience fee to the customer. The fee must be a flat fee (not a percentage of the transaction amount), clearly disclosed, and represent payment for the convenience of paying through an alternate payment channel (such as online) that is different than the merchant's normal payment channel (for example sending a check through the mail or paying in person). None of those situations applied to us. We were charged a percentage and it was not an online order. I find this very unethical. There are too many good pizza restaurants around and they don't charge convenience fees. read more

This treasure was a YELP find. We truly enjoyed this family owned and operated restaurant. Their ingredients are fresh, their service was fantastic, and the food was awesome. Be prepared if you are passing through Quinton as we were - there is VERY LIMITED seating. It is mostly take out or delivery.
