Price increases every couple months and they charge for insurance even if you have it. Expect to pay more than you agree to.

Just an FYI...our very large 18-wheeler fit through the gate and also outside in front of the units without any issues. When I rented it, I called the 800# which the young man was extremely helpful and kind, but had us rent a 10x20 but found out that would be two small for our belongings. What he didn't tell me is the amount you rent for at the time you book is only good until one has to add more time. At that moment whatever the going rate is to re-rent is what you pay and for us it was a lot more per month. Now Rose, the manager told me to guesstimate a longer amount of time and if we leave before that time then we'd be refunded for the months unused which was very helpful. The entire staff has been kind & helpful. The location is great, never worries that our unit might be tampered with while renting. Easy access with our GMC 2500 truck. Nice roll carts to use. I might suggest you label where the bathrooms are in your facility as well as a sign on the outside of the elevators telling your renters that the office is accessible from each floor using the elevator. On departure, we asked Anna how the refund worked and she kindly explained how it worked. We were very pleased with our experience!!

Rose looks out for you and is one of the few storage units that answer the phone --Location/Parking-- Plenty of space in the front office to park your car and plenty of space in the entrance of the storage unit to load and unload your items --Ambience-- Front office is setup nicely with modern desk that makes talking to the employees feel warm and inviting, but at the same time help you with your storage needs. On the wall on items that can help you with any type of move you need. --Service/Staff-- Rose has hands down gone above and beyond. After renting many storage units from many different cities. Rose is by far the best customer service experience. I plan to rent more upcoming units just because of her customer service. --Food/Products-- Storage units in the warehouse were clean and tidy. Pest controls along the wall were on point and security is top notch. --Capacity-- Plenty of space depending on the storage unit you are looking for. I recommend going bigger because the extra room can be used for a walkway or movement within your unit. --Overall-- I plan to be back to get an additional storage unit. I highly recommend talking to Rose to see all your needs and getting her recommendations before you move in and purchase/reserve a unit online.

Avoid this facility AT ALL COSTS…read more TL;DR My storage unit was broken into because of gross negligence on the part of management. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit. The unit next to mine was vacated a week after I moved in, and instead of properly securing it, they left it WIDE open--despite there being nearly a 2-foot gap from the ceiling, providing direct access into my unit. Unsurprisingly, over $2,000 worth of my belongings were stolen: brand new performance tires, electronics, board games, and collectibles--all gone. When I confronted management, they couldn't have cared less. Their response? "You didn't buy our insurance, so we can't do anything." Not only is that a ridiculous cop-out, but I also have my own insurance policy. What matters is that they completely failed to provide even the most basic level of security or responsibility. I might as well left my belongings on the street. To make things worse, even AFTER the police came and filed a report, they continued to leave the adjacent unit WIDE open for weeks. They knew it was an access point for theft and chose to do nothing. The facility itself is in poor condition. The units are constantly wet due to leaks in the roof. There are no security cameras inside, only one at the gate--which does absolutely nothing once someone's inside the building. No hallway cameras, no alarms, no safeguards. It's completely unacceptable. This facility failed me on every level: security, accountability, professionalism. Their negligence cost me thousands, and their attitude added insult to injury. Do not store your things here unless you're okay with losing them.

My family and I were looking for a storage unit while moving our daughter out of her college dorm,…read moreand since our hotel was nearby, we decided to use a storage facility in that area. It ended up being much more affordable compared to the storage units closer to the colleges in downtown Atlanta. Before booking, we called customer service to ask a few questions. We had already reviewed the information online, which was very helpful--it clearly outlined the different unit sizes, pricing, and even estimated how many items could fit in each unit. This made it easier for us to choose the right size without overpaying for space we didn't need. The representative we spoke with was very kind, friendly, and patient. He thoroughly went over all the details and made sure we understood everything. There is a $22 administrative fee for the first month in addition to the monthly rental fee. They also offer a lock for a one-time fee of $22, but you can bring your own to avoid that charge. Since we were on a time crunch, we opted to purchase their lock. He also explained that the first 30 days of insurance coverage are included. After that, you can either provide proof of your own insurance or purchase theirs through the app, which is around $16-$20 per month and covers up to $5,000 in damages. Additional details and paperwork are provided in the unit for review. The only slight challenge we had was locating our unit at first. The layout was a bit confusing, and our unit ended up being a few rows over from where we initially expected, so it took some time to find. Overall, we were very pleased with the facility. The unit is indoors and climate-controlled, which we really appreciated. The property is secure, requiring keypad access to enter both the building and interior areas, and you're assigned a unique PIN and unit number prior to arrival. They also offer an app, which makes it easy to access your account information and make payments.

Closetbox picked my things up from a Public Storage unit which had been broken into (this the reason for moving my things out) and delivered them to their facility. Unfortunately, I experienced a financial setback and could not afford to keep using Closetbox. They did something incredibly kind for me-they delivered my stuff to a location of my choice within a 20 mile radius of their facility for free!!!!! They're not just a business, they are kind and compassionate people.

Well I guess I'm an outlier but it's probably useful for me to share my experience. I had a very…read moreeasy time booking my service and the estimates for moving things was fine, although it was a bit strange that a couple of lamps raised my rate/month by $5/month. (Doesn't make any sense? Let's keep going). Evidently there's important fine print in the pick up confirmation email regarding what the mover will and will not do. They will pick up your stuff, but you're expected to disassemble your own bed and wrap all glass and mirrors. I didn't mind paying for these services, but they definitely need to share this information when you book over the phone. I would venture that a good chunk of people have at very least never disassembled a bed. I called them twice to let them know I would need help. Evidently this was confusing each time I told them because they all seemed to forget I told them. Then the day of the pick up came. I went to my old apartment and wrapped the glass I could lift myself. I taped my drawers. All this was done before 9am. The time window I was given was between 9 and 11. By 10:50, they called and told me that it would be 1pm. Then began four hours of back and forth and an utter inability to contact those actually picking up my stuff. They finally arrived at 440. 20 minutes before my service elevator reservation was up. I had to ask for an extension and the building was not happy-they shockingly like to plan for convenience for their inhabitants coming from work. The movers did fine, although they grumbled quite a bit about helping me wrap the things I'd mentioned several times that I would need help with. But the attitude was very, "we have no idea why you're so put out." Um...I get running behind. But 6-8 hours late is bulls*it. The company credited me $25 for my trouble but I have to say, this doesn't begin to cover it. Closetbox then said a customer service rep would be contacting me to address my complaints. Evidently someone called and failed to leave a msg. I think they're scared of me, but all I've done is express dissatisfaction and I think I should be credited for a month for the awful service + extreme delay.
