Decided to take it in to have a professional diagnose the issue. Walked in. Technician was helping someone at the time and acknowledge me. We talked about the issue I was having and provided the servicing cost which I feel was fair (~$100). Gave me a 2-day estimate for servicing. After 2 days the technician gave me a call that my PC is ready to be picked up. At the store he gone over the issue (which is an incorrectly plugged in power supply wire which I completely overlooked). PC is running very smooth. No issue ever since taking my PC in. Turned out I needed a special adaptor specific to the video connection on the back of my computer. They had the adapter and I left with my problem solved and a new $ 15 part. It worked perfectly when I got it home. They did not charge me for the troubleshoot time. Wow. These guys were efficient, pleasant, and knew their business.
