Moving on with my review, the food tonight was very tasty, but I feel there is room for some tweaks/improvement. The Jerk Cuban bread was perfectly pillowy yet crispy, and the mojo pork was incredibly tender, flavorful, and moist. However, given the high price tag, the sandwich felt a bit flat and could use more of the shredded pork. The fries were nicely crispy, and the seasoning had this swicy brown sugar jerk flavor to it. The Roasted Salmon had been soft and flakely in the inside while the skin was nicely crisped. I enjoyed the brightness of the fennel and the butter sauce, but I believe some lemon would've added some great acidity and brightness needed in the dish. The Brussels sprouts had a nice char and came with an addictive, creamy aioli. They were however a tad bitter and a bit too al dente for my taste, but I still really enjoyed them. Moreover, the service tonight was very friendly and attentive. Overall, despite my critiques, we did enjoy dinner and definitely the atmosphere.
