The cortado was really smooth and not just straight up milk flavor. The iced latte tho was not great, I couldn't taste any of the coffee and it was pretty muted. The staff was pretty chill and looked happy working there but I couldn't help but think the atmosphere was a little dark and too moody for me, but it works for an urban setting like downtown for sure. Wouldn't be my first spot but if someone really wanted it I'd be good to get a cortado again.

I get a decaf almond milk latte, and it tastes horrible. They don't even foam the almond milk, which I do at home just fine, so the entire cup is mostly milk to make up for the lack of foam and hardly any espresso. Basically $7 for a cup of nasty almond milk. Which I don't even think they use espresso as the "coffee" part, as it tastes like normal house coffee that's been sitting on a burner for too long. Very subtle flavor and a nasty burnt after taste. Highly disappointed when you spend over 20 bucks on 2 coffees and a snack. No wonder the Delray location is shutting down.

They play some nice and calm music which creates a comfy and cozy atmosphere. The barista who took my order answered all my questions and I enjoyed my iced americano with sugar free vanilla cold foam and it was definitely high quality espresso beans used to make it. I also shared the almond croissant which was delicious and flakey with the right amount of sweetness. My friend got a bagel sandwich which looked filling and delicious! We noticed lots of people coming into do some work and enjoy coffee time with family and friends. Next time I come I will definitely try the matcha and they offer several season flavors and drinks. Also the parking is free and very easily accessible and there is lots of outlets and tables for remote working.

I order a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and it was perfection. I had also ordered an iced vanilla latte which was also very good. Not only do they use syrups, but they also use unique toppers and milk options!!!! One of my favorite drinks is the banana latte which uses banana milk and is topped with dried bananas. It is unreal and doesn't compare to any coffee I have had anywhere! I came here to try their cherry latte to add a little pink to my February and was a happy camper! Their drinks burst with flavor without being overwhelmingly sweet. I appreciate how well crafted they are!! This location isn't one I would visit if you're looking to sit and enjoy your coffee. It's on the smaller side and only has two very tiny tables out front, however , the coffee and snacks are just as delicious as the one on the Ave! The staff members are also incredibly friendly and made this an overall excellent experience. If you're looking for an excellent, unique coffee paired with a fresh bakery item run to The Seed!!!!!

All the details from the decor to seating was gorgeous. This was our first time visiting and we were a bit overstimulated by the menu. The guy that attended us was very nice. There were so many drinks we wanted to try but settled on The Flo which is their tiramisu coffee. It was so good! Not to sweet and not to strong just how i like it. We also ordered a cinnamon roll cookie that literally is like eating a cinnamon roll. It even had a soft center which i loved. My best friend got a guava and cheese croissant. She said it was good but weird at the same time because it was cheese in one side and guava on the other. My son got a chocolate croissant and absolutely devoured it. Great spot with all the vibes, great service and even greater coffee

Also, found a charm at the bottom of my drink... sorry to whoever's charm it was. I

Upon walking in the barista immediately greeted us which was so welcoming and nice! My boyfriend was thrilled as usual to find a geisha pour over that he thoroughly enjoyed. We also had a chocolate croissant and iced latte, and and everything croissant at the recommendation of the nice man working! The everything croissant is not something I normally would've ordered but he described it so well I had to try it - and I loved it! I ordered their seasonal drink which was a lavender latte and asked if I could have extra lavender syrup in my coffee and the barista said yes but she didn't inform me it would a whole $5 dollar up charge which was the cost of the coffee so I paid $10 for a coffee that was worse than Starbucks quality. The matcha was also nothing to write home about and honestly I could make better matcha at home. While the service was quick and the inside seems like a great coworking space with two levels it was so loud inside as well. I'll definitely skip from going to this location in the future.
