I told her from the start that I want everything back like it was once the install was complete. She looked me in the eyes and said it will be. The installer showed on my appointment date and stated he would have to pull my pavers up but he doesn't put them back as they were. I asked when does the person come to do that and he stated no one will. The salesman called and tried to pressure me into the installation. I stated the pavers will need to be fixed or I'll be out that money. Nothing but sales pitch from that point on about how fresh our water will be. Wasted my time and the installers. The only positive with the whole experience was the installer. He was upfront and honest which I appreciated.

That will be the last time I use them. Even the tech that fixed their mistake said the other tech should have replaced the value or at least put new seals in it. Want use them anymore, the owner doesn't care about responsibility.
