The installer showed on my appointment date and stated he would have to pull my pavers up but he doesn't put them back as they were. I asked when does the person come to do that and he stated no one will. The salesman called and tried to pressure me into the installation. I stated the pavers will need to be fixed or I'll be out that money. Nothing but sales pitch from that point on about how fresh our water will be. Wasted my time and the installers. The only positive with the whole experience was the installer. He was upfront and honest which I appreciated.

The employee that delivered/set up our cooler was super nice and explained how to fill and work it. He even moved it from one location to another after we decided it didn't work in the first spot. Very easy to navigate and adjust your deliveries online. The company communicates very well and you get email reminders for the last day to adjust orders, the day of your order and after they have made your delivery. The cost of each bottle isn't too bad. They do charge a $13.99 delivery fee each time they deliver. All in all, they work great for us

It had been a few years since we'd been to the beach house in Pensacola Beach, so a few problems…read morewere expected when we arrived from Richmond, Va. But not vandalism. We had no water service and when the county crew turned it on, we were greeted with a shower... in the front yard, not the bathroom. So we started looking for plumbers. Several calls later, all we had done was speak to answering services. Finally, I called Southern Pride, and Kelly himself answered. Initially, he said it would be the next day before he could come over, but when I mentioned the water main was off, he said he'd try to come sooner. Not only was it sooner, it was just an hour later! He quickly replaced the section of PKX pipe that had been cut in several places. He also fixed our toilet which, after filling it with bottled water so we could use it while the water service was off, we had found to be leaking. When I asked him what "the damage was" financially for all the work, he thought for a minute and asked, "Does $200 seem fair?" Very! So nice to find a man who takes his calls and does great work promptly and who does it for an honest price! Skip the big guys who don't even have time to take your call; call Kelly who is serious about putting the "pride" in Southern Pride!
