Since we live on a golf course, I decided bottled water is probably a better bet for us. Super easy to sign up on their website. The employee that delivered/set up our cooler was super nice and explained how to fill and work it. He even moved it from one location to another after we decided it didn't work in the first spot. Very easy to navigate and adjust your deliveries online. The company communicates very well and you get email reminders for the last day to adjust orders, the day of your order and after they have made your delivery. The cost of each bottle isn't too bad. They do charge a $13.99 delivery fee each time they deliver. All in all, they work great for us read more

Since Primo Water has taken over Kentwood. Customer services has failed to even exist with this company. I have contacted Primo by phone, email and even through a customer survey. I have received "0" response. i'm currently sitting on 14 empty bottles. Normally that's four. Never know when they're gonna deliver. Unless of course you check their website. And good luck with being able to log on. Kentwood had an excellent system in place for customer service. Primo has completely screwed that up. read more

I have been a customer for 25 years . I'm very dissatisfied with their customer service, can't get anyone on the phone , prices have skyrocketed. I'm now paying over 30.00 for a 5 gallon bottle ... when they leave a bottle already leaking you can't contact them to get a replacement or credit ... I'm canceling service today . read more

This is an absolute horrible service. Had issue with delivery spent over 30 minutes on hold three days in a row on the phone trying to call. They dropped off over three times the amount of water I needed. Will take me a year to drink it. Cannot get anyone on phone or email to respond to me. Horrible service. I moved 7 weeks ago and wanted to continue my bottles service. However, they will answer their phone, I have had 3 emails unanswered, I have written a letter and I have tried "chat" on their website - it is under construction. I have stopped paying my monthly service for the dispenser and continue to get a bill, but NO ONE will contact me. So, I guess I will just keep the dispenser and get bottled water from somewhere else. read more

They never answer their phones and online it will quote you $25 for 3 5 gallon bottles every 2 weeks but as soon as you accept they charge you $50 and then $76.26. I have been calling them to cancel my account for 3 days without any luck. Been on the phone whe. They open and wait for hours and no one answers. Ive started a lawsuit now. Kentwood springs is just like Amazon. Netflix, etc etc, raising prices for no apparent reason or notifying there paying customers. Bottle 5 gal raised $1.55 Delivery fee raised another $ 1.00 If there was a good enough reason for raising prices I would have no issues. But there is no reason. Still using COVID as reason Customer Service hold times is over 30 minutes sometimes longer. read more

They have doubled the Mountain Valley products since acquiring them. Bottle deposits have doubled and increased from $15 to $30. Water has increased from $16.95 to $29.99 per bottle. Delivery fees have also increased twice in the last few months. The price increases are unsuitable for the area and other companies have not increased their prices. I submitted a complaint on their site and received an email from customer service telling me they had forwarded it to the route manager. I told them this decision was well about the route manager and that the route manager couldn't be bothered to contact me about relevant issues brought to his attention much less this. There was no reply or follow-up. I will be finding a replacement. Kentwood should have never purchased Mountain Valley Springs. They have done the product a great disservice. read more
