Within minutes of filling out the contact form, they had already reached out to schedule. Our bedrooms were noticeably hotter than the rest of the house, especially in the afternoons, and I knew something wasn't right. When they came out, they didn't just give a sales pitch. They actually took the time to evaluate what was going on properly. They measured temperature differences throughout the house, went into the attic, took photos, checked the ductwork, and even used thermal imaging to show where cooled air was escaping. They also did a live radiant barrier demonstration that made it very easy to understand how radiant heat enters an attic space. It clearly showed how the barrier helps reflect that heat away from the home instead of allowing it to radiate downward into the insulation and living areas. What I appreciated most was the honesty. They explained multiple options and also explained why they would NOT recommend spray foam for this particular home. That level of transparency matters. We ended up adding blown fiberglass insulation over the garage area along with radiant barrier installation, including wrapping the AC equipment and ductwork with radiant barrier. The difference has already been noticeable. The crew was friendly, professional, informative, and respectful of the home throughout the process. The Lifetime Warranty also adds peace of mind knowing that if anything ever needs to be moved or adjusted, they'll come back out and take care of it. As someone who works in marketing within related industries, I pay attention to how companies operate, communicate, and educate customers. A2 handled this the right way. Highly recommend.
