always a guilty pleasure for work. the burgers are huge! and i love the poppy seed buns...check your teeth afterward. like other people have said...fries are okay, usually over-fried (if that's possible). one thing i would suggest is the chicken strip burger definitely call in your order...they're always ready within 10 minutes and they don't close until 6. and yea...they do mess up my order sometimes...i just pick out my tomatoes. read more

I work in the Med center so when I don't bring my lunch from home, I always go to Miller's. I always call it in over the phone and it's usually ready in ten minutes. I usually stick to burgers and my go to is the double bacon cheeseburger (really big and tasty). Other burgers are great too. The owners are always really nice and the service is great. First experience here was about 4weeks ago while working down at the med center---totally worth it! Massive burger--poppy seed buns---(don't eat here if you have a whiz quiz to take for that fact alone :) ) great fries--and food came out fast, fresh, and hot. First time here and it was pretty good. The turkey sandwich and cheeseburger were great! Great little place to eat for lunch :) Its small like about 15 tables but the food is good. Just ok, particularly for the price. Meat is pretty pedestrian and their menu is essentially a conglomeration of single topping burgers that are marketed as somehow standalone creations. i was so excited to try a burger here today, since i've heard coworkers go on and on about the cheeseburgers here. i got here a little after 11:30, and did not have to wait long at all to order. i went with the guacamole burger with cheese, and asked for the onions grilled instead of raw (P.U!). i had a friend join me for lunch, and his chicken tenders came out 1 minute before mine, even though he ordered a little after me. this is probably because the grill is full making burgers, and not too many fried orders are placed. no matter, i got my food pretty quickly anyway, all in all i waited about 5 minutes. my friend was gracious enough to let me try some of his chicken tenders, and they were really good! the batter was crisp and crunchy, and the chicken inside was juicy and tender. now let's get to the good part - my burger! the burger was awesome! the bun was toasted, the onions were grilled perfectly, there was a generous helping of guacamole, the patty wasn't bad (a little overcooked, so i may order it med next time), and there was a good amount of mayonnaise and mustard. i was only gonna eat half, but was naughty and ate all of it, since it was so good :) i opted for onion rings instead of fries, and those are quite tastey as well. i will definitely be back to treat myself to a nice burger from time to time. read more

I usually have come here and had a pretty good experience but for some reason today it was not good at all first off there is one person working the cashier and then the cooks I'm afraid don't speak English because the orders were cooked slow in order and they were not fixed correct. I witness one customer hash it out about her burger not being fixed correctly they are messing up big time and one thing for sure if the workers can't read or understand English then the orders will be messed up for sure. I ordered the double meat bacon burger once I received my order it was not correct which I did receive the corrected order but I was asked did I want the bread to changed out. After being asked that question I can rest for sure I won't come back to millers burgers for a long time to come. I'm afraid that the kitchen area has hard buns along with expired vegetables something that should be looked into. Good place to eat in the first floor of Methodist. A little overpriced for what you get, but it's the hospital, what do you expect? You'll need some insulin after eating their bacon cheeseburger, which is meaty and crispy. The chicken fingers aren't all that special. Get the curly fries. I had this for lunch today. It was the saddest $10.00 "chicken finger" salad i have ever had. All they did was make a big chicken patty and chop it up. By FAR the BEST Burgers in the Medical Center AREA!!! I don't usually write reviews, but after stumbling upon this GREAT FIND, I HAD to write about it. My hubby and I were in the Scurlock Tower around lunchtime, and after seeing the line at Miller's Cafe, we thought, "That's gotta be the place with the good food!" I ordered a BBQ burger and my husband a Bacon Cheeseburger. After about 6 - 7 minutes our order number was called and our food was delivered to our table. With one bite of this burger, I COULDN'T BELIEVE the FLAVOR! The hamburgers are large and come on a poppyseed bun. Look, we eat at a lot of good places, but these hamburgers are Surprising Good. It's a typical diner-style, no frills place, but I had never heard of it. I also got the sweet potato fries and they were your usual fries. This was our first time eating at Miller's Cafe, but it definitely won't be our last. The burgers are juicy and Full of flavor. Also, a real nice lady named Alisha stopped by our table to ask how the burgers tasted.
