Initially, everything appeared fine when I drove the RV home. However, on our first camping trip a couple of weeks later, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) alerted after about 20 miles on the road. All four rear dual-wheel tire pressure readings dropped out and never came back. Because this issue appeared immediately after the tire replacement, I contacted the shop. When I called, I was told by the receptionist that it was not something they had done and that I should take it to a Ford dealership. What disappointed me most was that no one offered to inspect the RV or even take a look at the problem. The response was essentially an immediate denial of responsibility. When I arrived at the campground several hours later, I discovered that five of the chrome lug nuts securing the wheel simulator cover were loose and one was completely missing. One of the nuts would just spin and could not be tightened. This is a 2025 RV, so these were not worn-out or aging components. I sent an email to the company's customer issues department describing both concerns and requesting assistance. After receiving no response, I sent a follow-up email asking whether any action was being taken. I still did not receive a response. What has been most frustrating is not simply the mechanical issues, but the lack of customer support afterward. Problems can happen at any shop. What matters is how a business responds when a customer reports a concern. In my case, I was unable to get anyone to inspect the vehicle, address the loose hardware, or provide a meaningful response to my emails. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience. Customers spending thousands of dollars on tire work should reasonably expect follow-up support when issues arise immediately afterward.

He not only did things right, the first time, he checked things, that were overlooked for years. He always contacted me first, to clear any new maintenance that should be done. The person that seemed in charge this morning didn't think his truck could get down the lane due to tree limbs and hanging telephone lines which is understandable, safety first right? So we walked down to the box truck (exactly the same size and design as the trucks that delivered our stuff in the first place, what a coincidence!) and I noticed that one lane was completely passible, but he said he couldn't bring the truck down and his boss was trying to call me. His boss (in North Carolina) asked me if there was a U-Haul nearby, so that I could rent a truck to ferry the furniture and appliances from the house to the truck. I replied that I wasn't aware of a U-Haul anywhere nearby. And as the appliances were upright full sized refrigerators, I didn't think that was going to be doable, and might remove the need for the big truck in the first place, so I told him that I didn't think we could do business. So his guys left. Hope they had a great breakfast. Too bad they didn't have a smaller box van with a lift gate, and too bad the men that showed up had a Can Don't attitude. I called Crestview Auto Spa and immediately got a quote ($90 for a full shampoo/stain removal) and an appointment that worked for my schedule. I waited a total of about 1.5h and my seats looked great + they do a complimentary car wash and window wipe down which was a perk. My seats were damp (obviously) so they wrapped my drivers seat so I could drive home without discomfort. I left all my windows open and parked in the sun for about 3 hours and everything was 100% dry. Great customer service and I'm very happy with the results. I will be returning to Crestview Auto Spa for my car detailing needs!
