I broke down in Crestview when the tread came completely off one of the rear tires on my truck. There were four of us ladies traveling together, and we were understandably a little stressed and unsure of what to do. I called Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop to see if they could help me find a tire for my truck. Although they didn't have one in stock, they went above and beyond and ordered the tire for us to be there first thing the very next morning at 7:00 a.m. That kind of service and willingness to help meant so much to us. AAA towed my truck to their shop, and while we waited for our Uber, the staff was incredibly thoughtful and kind enough to let all four of us stay inside their building. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome rather than like we were inconveniencing them. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the gentlemen working in the back, everyone was friendly, professional, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. In a stressful situation, they made a difficult experience so much easier. I truly could not have ended up in a better situation or with a better company. Getting a quote for $160 just to return the next day after service has been performed to learn that the price has now DOUBLED is foul and this tire shop has lost my business. I would recommend looking else where for a tire shop or get your quote in writing so you can truly hold them accountable. I'm on my 3rd vehicle since first using this shop-probably @ 12 years ago. Last week I took my 2020 vehicle to L&L because I thought it needed spark plugs or the carburetor was the problem. My car was sluggish. The repair suggested - I can't remember the exact term they used - but it was a carbon cleaning. I can't believe how much of an improvement I've noticed.
