Outstanding Customer Service & Genuine Kindness! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop! I broke down in Crestview when the tread came completely off one of the rear tires on my truck. There were four of us ladies traveling together, and we were understandably a little stressed and unsure of what to do. I called Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop to see if they could help me find a tire for my truck. Although they didn't have one in stock, they went above and beyond and ordered the tire for us to be there first thing the very next morning at 7:00 a.m. That kind of service and willingness to help meant so much to us. AAA towed my truck to their shop, and while we waited for our Uber, the staff was incredibly thoughtful and kind enough to let all four of us stay inside their building. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome rather than like we were inconveniencing them. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the gentlemen working in the back, everyone was friendly, professional, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. In a stressful situation, they made a difficult experience so much easier. I truly could not have ended up in a better situation or with a better company. Their generosity and kindness went far beyond simply fixing a tire--they treated us like people who mattered. I highly recommend Crestview Tire & Wheel Shop to everyone! Thank you all so much for your generosity, kindness, and outstanding customer service. You made a stressful situation so much better, and I am truly grateful! Trisha H. read more

I was quoted $160 to have my tires mounted/balanced that I brought to them. When I showed up, I received a bill for $320. One of the front desk girls was helpful and recalculated everything, but the $320 price stood. Getting a quote for $160 just to return the next day after service has been performed to learn that the price has now DOUBLED is foul and this tire shop has lost my business. I would recommend looking else where for a tire shop or get your quote in writing so you can truly hold them accountable. I will update this review if my unaccounted for $160 ever comes back to my bank account. read more

After taking my car to Day's on the other side of town to fix a noise it was making, they inspected my car for maybe 15 minutes without driving it at all and ended up quoting me 4 grand to fix my shocks, struts, sway bar links, and lower control arms. That's about half of what I bought the car for. I took it here to Crestview Tire and Wheel and they quoted me $300 after a thorough inspection and actually driving the car. All I needed fixed was one engine mount. The part itself was around $200, which was average pricing compared to other ones online, and they only charged me about $90 in labor. The noise is completely fixed and I now have no other issues with the car. They know what they're doing and ended up saving me thousands of dollars! They did a wonderful job. read more

absolutely terrible didn't weld my exhaust just put clamps and stole money out my truck. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

We were traveling home from vacation and had a tire that wasn't holding air. We stopped here and asked if they could repair the tire. At first, they said they were short handed and couldn't help us. Then the manager asked us if we were traveling. When we said yes, he said he would take care of us. They were great and got us taken care of immediately and at a minimal cost. So thankful for this place and these wonderful people! I would definitely recommend them. read more

terrible service and terrible work. i'd let my 12 y/o brother that can't even change a tire weld my exhaust before they touch it.

Honest, knowledgeable, and on time business. Brought in my GTI for a wheel bearing and the replacement part they ordered ended up not being the right fit. They solved the problem by reaching out to the dealer and had a part shipped overnight. Nice people, and quality maintenance, would come back. read more

I'll first say the obvious. Every tire store sells tires. What they really sell is service! I dropped off a tire that was flat and they said come back in an hour and we'll have it fixed. An hour later I came with my truck and asked them to change out the left front tire (spare) on the truck and put the tire they just fixed on the truck. A five minute job at most. He said he was too busy to do that. I repeated my request because I thought he did not understand what I was asking. He said again he did not have time. He charged me $32.00 for the repair. Anyone that knows how flat tires are repaired knows that it takes a matter for minutes to put a plug in the tire and air it up. No service and over charged!!! Took my tire to Day's Tire down the road and they did it for me in less than 5 minutes for free!! They wouldn't take a dime for it. I gave them $20.00 for their time and SERVICE! read more

I'm traveling through the us and my car was making a wierd vibration. I brought my car in and the manager jamie was very professional and very honest. They found the problem quick and fixed it. I had taken my car to 3 places and a toyota dealership none of them could figure it out. I'm Leaving feeling a lot more confident knowing I'm safe on the road and I can enjoy the scenic beauty of the USA knowing my car is safe. Thanks again Crestview Tire. read more

These folks truly helped us we traveled in our camper. We were headed to Pensacola for a new spare (after a replacement in Port St. Joe) when we found a bubble developing on another tire! We called our Good Sam road service and were connected with these good people. They ordered a tire for the next day and came our campground (rivers edge) the next day to mount and install the new tire. Of course things happen in threes and we realized we had another bad tire! They ordered two more for us and installed them on Saturday morning and got us on our way! Everyone was helpful supportive and took care of our needs! Stop in if you are on the road have tire problems or need other automotive work! read more

I called Crestview Tire & Wheel because I awoke to a flat tire and needed to order a new tire. Of course, the tire I needed wasn't something they kept in stock; however, the owner jumped right on ordering me my tire and had it on my Jeep in no time. I was treated great even when I had an unusual request. This gentleman didn't even hesitate to help me. Although they are an extremely busy place...which is good:)....they still have quick service. read more

$15 to put a donut on the car! What crooks! I took it to the next closest tire place and they charged me $75 less for a tire. They also told me I could wait on the other tires that this place wanted to charge me $600 to replace. I hope the $15 fee for putting a donut on the car was worth it! read more
