When I contacted customer service, the gentleman was quite curt and produced a picture of the flaw that was taken at installation but never pointed out to my husband or myself. This gentleman proceeded to engage in a text battle about how I wouldn't want those people to buy my house. I asked that a supervisor contact me directly. To this date, we have not been contacted by a supervisor. Remember that we were assured that we would be able to inspect the granite before installation and were never contacted for an inspection. He never communicated to us that he was not going to finish the job and left a pile of concrete debris in our backyard and the project unfinished. We are now having to pay an additional $3,000 for another contractor to come in and demo the border that he installed incorrectly, remove the debris, and complete the job.

Very poor communication and follow-through…read more When I first called, the person who answered acted like my call was spam. Not a great first impression. I was then promised a time for a quote, but no one showed up. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a response. Eventually, someone did come to my house. He was polite and gave me a price for part of the job. I asked for a few additional, simple items (like a small paver pad for trash cans) and was told I'd receive a full quote by email. That email never came. Again, I had to follow up multiple times with no results. After being ignored, I gave up and contacted other companies who were responsive and professional. If a job--especially one around a pool--is too difficult or not something you want to take on, it would be far better to just say so instead of stringing customers along. I wasn't begging for a job; I was simply looking for basic communication and reliability. Would not recommend.

She had him do somethings around her house and had a good experience. We called him and he came out and gave an estimate on putting a part of some vinyl ceiling that was coming down on the back porch and a place where the gutter was having an issue. He gave us an estimate and we decided to use him. He set up a date and showed up on time. He was very nice. He worked most of the day and completed the work. He was paid the same day and the check cleared the bank. Everything was ok for a few weeks and then the ceiling on the back porch actually came down more than it had initially. Also, when the heat rains came the gutter which was only leaking in one small section is leaking in several sections. We contacted Ezara in June 2021 and he responded and said he would get us back on the schedule. It is now September 2021 (3 1/2 months) and he has not responded to our many attempts to contact him since nor has he put us on the schedule. The costs are very reasonable compared to others but the work they do is superior. After the on going two projects are completed, we have three more projects to go and Mark will be conducting that work as well. Best part is they clean up the work site every evening and put their tools neatly in one spot.
