Cleanest septic service I've ever used! The truck is spotless. The tube that runs from the truck…read morelooked clean. The septic operator also looked clean! (you know I'm a germaphobe so this brought me joy). My parent's house uses a septic tank and so do my Airbnbs. I have used a popular service in Pensacola for my Airbnbs, but this January I called and made an appointment for my parents house and the popular company never showed up or called. When I called to "reschedule" I got sent to 3 different numbers as the family has 3 different business all doing the same thing. (Apparently the businesses split, yada yada). The last number I called I got VM, I left a message and they never called me back. So I went to handy-dandy Yelp and put in a request for a quote today. Maverick was the only septic service that called me back. One other messaged for me to call them. The other never responded. What was great was Rachel scheduled me for today at 10 AM and Jason arrived promptly! I went outside, met him as my husband had a small conversation with him, and by the time I was done with a morning meeting, my husband paid him and he was gone. My parents house is much larger than my Airbnbs but the other company seemed to take much longer to do the same job there. I think Maverick has earned 3 new customers! Highly recommend!
