However, we are so pleased with the complete transformation of our 1962 master bath, that it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. (Still hate termites though lol.) There are so many things that place this company head & shoulders above their competition - first & foremost, Gary Winkler, the owner, is a wonderful, transparent communicator & always responds quickly to any question or concern - a rare and much appreciated quality in a busy business owner. This was my first experience with any home renovation project, & especially with the unexpected termites, it could have been far more stressful, but Gary & all his employees were so responsive that I knew everything was being taken care of the right way every step of the way. They ended up having to rebuild the walls in our stairway, relocate & install a new window & some exterior siding as well as completely rip out & rebuild every inch of our master bath. The resulting quality of their workmanship in every area is simply perfection. Reef Runner Remodeling is a family-owned, faith-based company, and I never gave a second thought to leaving my home open for their employees to come & go. I was amazed frankly by how outstanding each & every one of their employees was - they were all true craftsmen, took great pride in their work, showed up on time & ready to work, had cheerful attitudes and were exceptionally considerate that demo can be disruptive & really went out of their way to keep everything as clean & quiet as possible at all times. About two weeks ago, I was sitting in the local big box store parking lot, dejected over the lack of choices and minimal inventory - I had been to four stores already that morning. I Googled "vanity near me" and was lucky enough that the Cabinet Mart was just a couple miles away. I stopped in, talked with Ronnie for a few minutes, and was sold on a locally sourced vanity of higher quality than I saw at the big box stores. Less than a week after the order was placed it is here in my house, delivered in plenty of time for the upcoming remodel. I am happy to offer my five star review to Ronnie Ward and the Cabinet Mart. The last time anyone was at the site was June 2020, after repeated phone calls and inquiries. No one has returned to the work site since June. Jansen Kitchen and Bath has been paid in full for this job because of good faith handshake by contractor and the homeowner that they would return.
