The agreed amount on invoice he provided was $1700.00 and that half of cost, $850.00 would be paid before construction. The home owner, unfortunately paid Mr. Adams the full $1700.00 and Mr. Adams and partner left for lunch and never returned to complete the project. After numerous texts claiming family illness, death, lack of transportation, and promises of reimbursement, Mr. Adams has yet to either do the construction work or repay $1700.00 still, after 23 days later.
