The initial crew was outstanding--knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Timmy and William, in particular, were exceptional. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. Customer service, communication, and overall follow-through quickly deteriorated. On December 31, Ryan and another representative came out to conduct estimates and measurements, assuring me the report would be submitted to insurance within a few days. By January 25, I had received no updates or documentation. After contacting USAA, I learned they had not received anything either. When I followed up with Pro Clean, I was told, "There is no good reason it wasn't submitted, it just was not done," but was assured it would be expedited. I also left a voicemail for the CEO expressing serious concerns about how business was being handled and never received a response. Eventually, USAA received the estimate, but it contained duplicated line items and pricing discrepancies compared to the original assessment. This caused further delays while the adjuster waited for clarification from Pro Clean. A partial payment was eventually issued for deposits and materials. On March 12, I made the remediation and 50% deposit payment. On March 24, I followed up with my project manager regarding discrepancies identified by USAA and was told the information had been forwarded to Ryan on the estimating team. As of today, April 14, 2026, I still have a gutted master shower, no meaningful communication from Pro Clean, and no response to additional voicemails left for the CEO. This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. As a military family, we have lived in multiple states and countries and worked with many companies. This has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have encountered. Zero stars. Avoid this company after initial water mediation.

I can't even say how many items were broken, how much debris was left behind, and how much extra charges they added to the bill for services that were not even provided. Thousands for a supervisor who never supervised a minute of the work, for machines that were never turned on, for protective materials that were never used. When I confronted the OWNER of the company, he was belligerent and told me to claim the broken items with the rest of my insurance claims. Wake up! They left machines and buckets in my house, which I had to constantly empty and remove. Their workers stole $$, broke furniture, and removed moldings and valuable antique family heirlooms, from my house. Whenever I would ask the manager, about pricing, to keep on my budget, he always would say, oh don't worry about it, your Insurance company, will pay it, it's not coming from you. That was the gotcha, my insurance company, communicated with me, every step of the way. The manager was an obvious druggie. The original quote was 25k. I opted not to do serval rooms, Which was originally discussed but their quote never went down. When they submitted their paperwork, the price had doubled. Their mistake was allowing my Insurance company, and me to record the initial meeting. When speaking to my Agent, I was informed that Patriot, is known for ballooning, their paperwork. Thinking that all customers are novices, well NOT my family. Long story short. off to court, we go. This company is out of Florida, with no jurisdiction, to work in Louisiana. I was referred to them, by another con artist 'The Insurance Guru'. Beware, they are all in bed together, pulling the old bait and switch. I will pay them NO more than 20-25k.
