View from the inside of the attic shows roof boards not even meeting. Multiple locations of being able to see the tar paper through between boards, brackets missing and nails clearly visible through the shingles and black paper. Literally had drops of water on them from the rain when I first went into attic. I was assured there was no leak there despite me seeing the wet area. We had to pay out of pocket for this roof and they seemed to be reliable but here we are less than one year and leaking roof.

Edgar, our sales rep educated us on material options and the system Owens Corning uses for installation. He was most helpful in explaining how products perform and what to look for in materials on the market, without pressure to hire his company. Edgar is a great communicator and is always available to answer concerns or questions. When it came time to install the new roof, the crew was on time and ready to go. It was a true team effort and each member their job efficiently. To say they work hard is an understatement. They completed the tear-off and installed the new roofing in more than reasonable time and according to material manufacturer specifications. The job was followed up by the sales rep to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction and the site cleaned up as promised.

They also left Plenty of nails and trash. Thankfully I had a neighbor with the metal broom to pick up what they left for my dogs to step on or a tire to catch. They don't have any respect to the person living inside because the next morning before 0700 they had blocked me in. I had no idea they where staring. They show up with no heads up. Now my neighbor is using them and they again leaving trash to blow everywhere. They decided to park in my driveway and block the entire court making it hard for anyone to leave or enter. Not a fan of this unprofessional company. Lastly they use a blower to blow garbage towards other people's homes. No one walking warping cleaning up what ends up in your neighbors yard.
