Scheduling an appointment was so easy, and Rick was punctual in meeting me about my roof. After a review, he advised me that a replacement wouldnt be necessary, as the condition of the roof was expected for a roof of 12 years. There were no shenanigans to try to sell me on a replacement or costly repairs, which is refreshing as couple of inspectors had made the roof appear to be an urgent matter. I will be reaching out to this company for the roof inevitable replacement (which I hope is 5 to 10 years from now. Fingers crossed).

My priority is using the best materials and have them installed by the best you can find. Holloway uses Owens Corning roofing systems, which is among the best in the industry and have qualified as a Platinum Preferred Contractor. Their bid was very competitive to other contractors. Edgar, our sales rep educated us on material options and the system Owens Corning uses for installation. He was most helpful in explaining how products perform and what to look for in materials on the market, without pressure to hire his company. Edgar is a great communicator and is always available to answer concerns or questions. When it came time to install the new roof, the crew was on time and ready to go. It was a true team effort and each member their job efficiently. To say they work hard is an understatement. They completed the tear-off and installed the new roofing in more than reasonable time and according to material manufacturer specifications. The job was followed up by the sales rep to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction and the site cleaned up as promised.
