Quality Roofing stepped up and said no problem- they would send someone over as soon as they could as they knew we were on a tight schedule. Carl showed up on time and was very professional, explained what he planned to do to fix the issues and got right to work. It didn't take him long at all. However...I wish I'd read some of these reviews before contracting with Quality Roofing to repair a small roof leak that was traveling through the attic and dripping through one of my ceiling fans. I have found Quality, as a company, unreliable in either identifying/resolving the issue and in scheduling follow-up service to address it when it wasn't fixed. The sales rep working with me, Jon, has been very professional and empathetic but has not been able to get the company to address the issue. I should add that I am a REPEAT customer. I paid them to do work on the small cottage on the property in the interim...so this is how repeat customers are treated. Here is my journey: * May 12: Reached out to them as the recent heavy rain had created a small roof leak that was coming through one of the ceiling fans in my living room. This caused a surge and blew the breakers for all of the lights in the front of the house. * May 14: I signed the contract. No follow-up to schedule and I had to prod about it. * May 19: Initial repair done * September 8: Ceiling fan starts dripping water again and trips the breaker again. I was traveling for a few weeks...it's likely it was happening in the interim, but wasn't noticed. No one followed up to schedule the repair or come out to address it until I prodded again. My sister had passed away that week and I was out of town...I was told someone would come by and that I didn't need to be home. * September 24: I had to prod again, as no one had come to address the leak. I've had to have that ceiling fan/light off the whole time as it trips the breaker from the water intrusion. * October 2: Someone comes out...does another "fix" * October 6: Heavy rain....cue the ceiling fan water leak again. Report it AGAIN. * October 11: Follow-up AGAIN as there has been crickets from Quality. Now not only does the one ceiling fan/light not operate properly because of the water (it dried out the first time, but it appears to have blown the receiver when the issue continued), now BOTH lights in the living room can't be used because of the electrical issues caused by the water damage. I do not recommend this company, I'm afraid. Jon is great but the company does not stand behind their work and doesn't appear to care about making it right.
