He asked Justin (the owner) to come and provide a quote for replacing our master shower floor. The "penny tiles" were popping up and we were doing everything to try and get it to stay down longer than a couple of weeks. He gave us a reasonable price and we hired him. He told us where to purchase our tile replacement and what to look for. The day that Justin was first scheduled to come, he had to quarantine for 2 weeks. Justin told my husband that if we wanted to hire someone else to do the job, he totally understood. We were impressed with that. We waited for Justin after some other places we called said that they would have to rip out the entire master shower to fix the floor. We are SO glad that we did!!! Justin came on a Tuesday afternoon for the install of the tile floor. About 4 - 5 hours or so later, the tile was installed. He asked us how we wanted our tiles laid, which I really did not think about until he asked. He also asked us to select our grout and he brought it back on Wednesday to grout and clean up. After a couple of hours on Wednesday, he was done and we are in LOVE! We are looking forward to standing on our new tile floor in our master shower (even if it's too pretty)! Justin was very professional, brought all his tools with him, and did an impeccable job. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants to use his service. If I could give one star I would. We have new build from…read more2023 so carpets are 2 years old and maintained. The technician came out and spent 5 minutes on each room. We asked him to try again in the first room to remove the only stain on the carpet and he replied to "not worry because he will just write an invoice and whoever we are renting it from will give us a security deposit back". When we asked a second time for him to try and remove the stain he huffed and puffed and went to his truck to get another machine (likely the one he should have started with) to redo the carpets he had already "cleaned". He then finished "cleaning" the carpets but from the pictures you can see what was left over from his 2 - 5 minute per room job. He also left all the carpets soaking wet. You splashed when you walked through the rooms. We directly reached out to the manager to request a refund as the service was unacceptable and Amy Martin, a Customer Service Representative, stated she is the manager and was unable to offer a refund but could send someone else out to try again. We were moving so someone else coming in to try again on a service that was wildly disappointing is not a solution we could agree to. They couldn't do it correctly the first time or the second time so I'm not sure why a third time would be acceptable. These photos are from each room after the technician left. They were all fresh tanks. We are a military family and just wanted a good experience. Unfortunately it was the farthest thing from that.
