Another important fact, I think everyone should know is that they are licensed, certified, and insured! Says right on the business card. Ok here is my drama - I was in an absolute full on panic because my electric tongue jack got jammed and after taking the thing completely apart I still couldn't get it to work, leaving my Travel trailer stuck on my truck and I urgently needed to get the trailer off the truck. Stay happy RV sent out a technician, Josh, who got right to work. He was professional looking and very prepared to do the job! His company truck was clean, undamaged and in great condition... Which definitely says something about the mindset of the owners. I mean, who wants some POS junky truck parked out front with a guy showing off his plumbers crack to all the neighbors! NOT ME! Once we arrived at our site at Camp Gulf, we were told that Billy from RV Urgent Care was to person to call and that he was the "go to" person for most people in the park. I called Billy late on a Friday. Has able to come look at our unit first thing the following Monday. He was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what needed to be done, immediately called his suppliers and located the correct replacement 2 1/2 hours away. Two days later we had the water heater replaced and we were back in business. Billy was professional, knowledgeable, and had an outstanding attitude of customer service. Also had issue with one of my slide outs not going out unless manually pushing it. Paul determined that motors were weak, got them on order and when they came in, I took our RV to their home dropped off and picked it up the next day. Very quick and responsive service as our local RV Dealership stated they had a huge backlog of work and could take several months before we got our RV back. Note: Paul has worked at RV dealers previously and decided to start his own business so very experienced in most aspects of RV repair and/or in some cases recommend some other expert.
