Robert of A & W Quality RV Repair was the only one to call back. He listened to the symptoms - dead A/C with 32 Degrees showing on the thermostat and no fan blowing. Robert quickly diagnosed the issue as the temp was showing in celsius not fahrenheit. He patiently walked me through resetting the temp and the A/c came back to life. Once we arrived at our site at Camp Gulf, we were told that Billy from RV Urgent Care was to person to call and that he was the "go to" person for most people in the park. I called Billy late on a Friday. Has able to come look at our unit first thing the following Monday.
