Our experience with DNA Mobile RV Repair (Dalton Booth) has been unacceptable from start to finish…read more We contacted Dalton on August 4, 2025 after storm damage to our RV. He quickly provided an estimate and assured us he would handle the insurance process and complete all repairs, including awning arms, fabric, body damage, and a roof issue that later became a full roof replacement per insurance requirements. A check was issued directly to him on October 2, 2025, and we delivered our camper to his shop on October 13. What followed was over four months of excuses, broken promises, and dishonesty. We were repeatedly told: * Parts were delayed * Other campers were ahead of ours * Weather caused delays * He was sick * Technicians called out * Motors were faulty * Fabric was measured incorrectly * Parts were "out for delivery" * He would be there "next week" We were given multiple completion dates that were never honored. When we finally brought the camper home in December, we discovered: * The roof had NOT been replaced as implied -- it had simply been rolled with sealant. * The original damaged awning arms from August were still attached. * The camper had not been resealed as previously claimed. * Our 50-amp power cord was missing. When confronted in person, Dalton admitted he had lied to us multiple times "to buy time." Even after that admission, the delays continued. No-shows. More incorrect parts. More promises. More excuses. In late February 2026, Dalton also tried to buy us out, knowing the issues we were having, by offering us a weekend stay at Splash RV. As of March 2, 2026 -- almost 5 months after he received payment -- our camper is still not fully repaired and we have no firm completion date. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional. Taking payment, failing to complete contracted work, and repeatedly lying to customers is unacceptable. We strongly caution anyone considering this business.

On 3 separate occasions Dalton said he'd be here the next day! He never showed up not once. I give him a big fat thumbs down on service. I'd give him zero stars!

These people are pure garbage. They absolutely destroyed my airstream, lost my property, and…read morecharged me thousands of dollars just to have to get all of their "work" - more like mistakes repaired at another shop. Only reason they have good reviews is because you get a $5 discount if you leave a good review when you're paying at the cash register. Shop foreman is extremely unhelpful and egotistical, owner is clueless, and the reception lady is an exceptional excuse maker. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Terrible place especially after you leave your RV there.

The shop repaired a stress crack on my RV by pulling the slide and cutting out the effected area…read more They then put a new piece of skin in place, and painted the area. I was told that the work was under warranty and if anything happened to that area they would fix it at no charge to me. Two day after I picked up the RV I noticed some separation between the repaired area and the rest of the coach, I contacted Jason and sent him photos, he said they would get with the painter and we would coordinate a time to bring the RV in to fix it. After a hurricane hit to the west of them all communication has been null and void. When I call their shop I get voicemail, or a human with "I'm sorry You have the wrong number". When I call the owner's cell phone I get hung up on, and when I call the service manager I also get hung up on. I would like the RV fixed correctly, like they promised. The replaced the roof, and installed a new awning. The awning is slipping out of the channel and now has a gap which has to be repaired. Did I mention between insurance and my credit card they got $12,500 from me. All their work is warrantied, but if they are going out of business, then that means the warranties are null and void.

We drove by the office several times, and it was never open to get assistance. No one ever answered the phone. When I turned in the pool bracelets at check out, I explained the fact that the internet never worked and no one called us back all week. She seemed unconcerned. Second, the code to the wash room/bath house we received at check in, would NOT work. No answers to the phone number for assistance. Again, the lady at check out said it rarely worked, but was unconcerned. Not being able to get into the laundry and wash room is another issue with me. There was NO cable at site 15. The pool was nice. You have to walk to the tiny home side of the park to get to the pool, or you have to drive. The site was very nice. They need a responsive phone number that either answers or calls you back. If you advertise internet and cable, you should have internet and cable. You need to make sure that the codes to the bath house/laundry work, and again, have a working phone with someone who either answers or calls you back. The worst part was, we arrived on June 27, and left on June 30. We just got home, and at 6 p.m. on June 30, we finally received a phone call response from Friday June 27. Too late!! As far a location, it is ok. Hwy 331 is very busy, but at the entrance to the park there is a very nice Publix, an Ace Hardware, a very nice Chinese Buffet, a Jersey Mike's shop, Waffle House and McDonalds to name some we could remember. Very easy to shop/eat. It is about a 20 minute drive across the bridge to Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach on Hwy 98. We will be going to other RV parks in the area where there is a responsive manager in the future. If you simply want a nice spot to park, this is great. If you want to use any of the amenities (internet, cable, pool, wash room/laundry,) don't go here.
