Redid it myself next day. 2 weeks later headlight out. Put new bulb in nope. Played around where Ruthless put wiring together same thing half ass done. Had rewire myself. Last time I ever went there and told ppl where NOT to go. Weasled the Americans ripping them off overseas. Ask to look at the new Ape hangers to be put on my bike. Charged 400 Euro. When does a shop tell the customer they can't see what they are buying.....why, because they were not new. They were used!! And mechanic doing the job did rush rush half ass job. Yea, Ruthless Cycles that was owned in Sindelfingen Germany by the same person in FL with Ruthless now. Hope they changed their ways of screwing ppl over on bikes parts etc.....Check your parts when replaced. Make sure they are new.

Not enough words or time to describe my disappointment at who I THOUGHT was solid, and at the poor quality of the work as well as the betrayal of trust. He had a show custom for A YEAR and ALL he had to do was put an engine in it. It took him over 3 MONTHS, so I missed Bike Week LAST SPRING. It sits outside as of this typing STILL with an engine that won't run and scratches on a $14K paint job he tried to blame on the customer and a STILL leaking clutch. He admitted that he didn't even TEST or RIDE the thing. 10 MONTHS to get a "friends" bike fixed. It TOO sits outside as of this typing with a myriad of problems I will have to either fix myself or AGAIN pay to have it FINALLY DONE RIGHT. Left signal is right signal, no fuel gage, instrument cluster put in crooked, windshield not latched so it came off, didn't check wheel travel so my front brakes grab AND the rear wheel rubs and the shock mount has almost put a hole in the air lift tank (WHICH he "borrowed" a patented design from) NO attention to detail OR the detailed list I gave him to go by. I made it simple, gave him TWO nice motorcycles with which to represent his shop, THOUSANDS of dollars to fix them, and he TOOK A YEAR and STILL they are not nearly finished as he repeatedly promised. It's not what a man says, it's what he does, as I told him.. And a WHOLLLE lotta talk don't fix a motorcycle properly and this shop put the "P" in procrastination and phony. Oh and by the way I SAVED this man's house to the tune of $120K, yet STILL I can't get him to do what he said. NOW, if you can top any of this, by all means post it.

We were told that our brakes were covered under warranty which was great to hear. Frankie's replaced the brakes and took care of the warranty. We were thrilled!
