Kids had flipped seadoo to remove tangled rope thinking it would be helpful & then seadoo went completely blank. Took it in to see Noah & Nate within 24 hrs. Noah, the Service Mgr from Distinctive Cycles continues to show he cares about the customer and ensuring they get taken care of. Our jet ski had its issues right out of the box and it's taken over a year to get it right. Throughout the entire ordeal Noah provided excellent communication regarding the many parts on order and re-orders due to malfunctioning replacement parts; or, the lack of parts in BRPs supply chain. BRP has shown no regard whatsoever for the customer. I've personally called and spoke with many of BRPs Customer Service personnel (or whatever they wanted to call themselves) and it's always been the same story--- NOT OUR PROBLEM...or, it's no longer under warranty. Funny how the Jet ski never worked as designed but it's now exceeded the warranty window and not their problem anymore. Sit down and think about that for a minute. Irregardless, Noah and his Service team kept after it and got it done. There's nothing Maintenance can do if they don't have the parts; nonetheless, there's other things Management can do and Noah did what he could, time-after-time. It didn't fix the timeline problem or the empty jet ski lift but it made the situation a tad bit more tolerable over time. Kudos to his Lead Technician Joey as well.
