He is very polite, considerate, professional and asks the right questions when talking about your RV problem. When diagnosing 2 problems we had with our RV (refrigerator and furnace problems), Jerry was very organized in his approaches to the problems. As he was diagnosing the problem he explained what his findings were. At one point in the diagnosing he had to call Norcold Refrigerator to explain his findings.He double checked his results before speaking to us as to what the ultimate fixes were for our RV. He was able to call our RV Service Company to setup the availability of what was covered by our policy. Jerry our service technician was very knowledgeable about the problem. He brought a tool chest worth of tools in order to fix my dishwasher that was plugged. He cleaned out the lines and blew air compressor air through the dishwasher to make sure that the dishwasher head was not no longer stopped.
