QUICK, COURTEOUS, save-the-day service. When my last remaining key quietly bounced out of the ignition cylinder of my 40-y/o motorcycle at 55 mph, I thought I was in for a difficult, expensive PITA. The Yamaha dealership said there was nothing they could do, and recommended that I replace all three locks with a used set from eBay. Fortunately, Panhandle K&S was able to help. They open my safe!! Yeah, the dial lock messed up and the got the serial number to get the combo from the factory. Even with the correct combo no luck, so Joe drill and fiber scope the inner to get it open. No damage the my gun or passport and other paperwork. Horrible customer service. Waited over a week to have a house rekeyed. Tech came on a Monday, said they would need to order a sizer and would call to let me know when it would arrive and would reschedule accordingly. Friday midday I call to get an update and was told they couldn't order and would have to make a sizer to be installed Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I call for an update and Joe said the tech would call me when they arrive at the office. Zero communication and it is now Thursday. read more

They will fix lock sets if they can and they also sell very nice safes, from small to large. They do a lot of re-keying also.
