We called for help and they told us they'd be here in 20 minutes, 2 1/2 hours…read morelater and multiple phone calls and they never showed!, they left us stranded on the side of I-65 they can't be trusted when you need it the most! We called Amen roadside assistance and Sean came through for us, less than 30 minutes and he fixed our tire and had us on our way. If you advertise as roadside assistance and you never show it could really put the public at risk !

Selling her truck with a bad transmission. They sold her a lemon which is agaisnt the law but my mother didn't feel like dealing with the legal process. I came in a couple of weeks ago to get my mom's vehicle service. Just a simple oil change and tire…read morerotation. can back with over a 1,200 bill the service tech name Jason told me that to keep my lifetime warranty in good standing the vehicle needed a transmission flush, which of course was right at 500.00 or so. The guy Jason was very adamant about it needing to be done. So I agreed, but then found out I was lied to, to keep the warranty up only requires a simple oil change. Not only this experience a week or so later, my mom brought the vehicle back up to shop for them to look at her tires, and Air bag light . It was uncalled for the way Jason spoke to her, had her in tears that day. Something need to be done about this guy!!!!!
