Since the pandemic and paint shortage, a lot of the paint bases I wanted were either not produced or sold out, but Kyle kept me as a customer because he helps find alternatives and gives great deals. Once I had a gallon, from another SW store, that seemed defective after drying. Even though I used over half of the gallon, Kyle looked at it carefully with me and gave me a replacement gallon. I have certainly been in the store when there was a wait, but also when I'm the only customer there. I've never felt like the employees were rude or anything less than courteous and helpful. Selection was slim during the depths of the covid shortages, but that was true for just about everyone. When they didn't have what I needed in store they were able to send me to Renton Sherwin-Williams where it was in stock and even went to the trouble of calling the store to ensure that the inventory system was correct and asked them to set it aside for me. I've painted multiple rooms of our house and done a few furniture projects in the last 2-3 years buying paint from this store, and I can say that I will continue to go here first

Be still my beating heart! .05 star for the highly disinterested staff (multiple over three days!) Let me start this story- went in on a Tuesday early evening found a pink color I liked, grabbed a sample- the little lady who helps was the only one who doesn't deserve a half . Called the next morning to order my paint (cause the color was DELISH)- like at 9:00am. Was told it MIGHT be ready by EOB but they needed 24 hours. I called at EOB a big NOPE ..." it may be ready tomorrow am..." ok. Told me they would call. NOPE. So I called - it's Thursday at 5:10pm. "Oh yeah, it's ready..." Came to get it, and made me wait and wait and wait. Like seriously, WTF. Exactly how long should this really take?! Ugg. I realize that everywhere is short-staffed, I totally do get this, BUT for the staff that is working, answering phones, and generally being in customer service- you might try being a little, just a *smidge* better in the customer service department. Next time, I'm bringing my paint chip somewhere else and having it matched.... High quality products be damned...my time is worth it.
